Came here to pick up a cake. Have had sandwiches from here in the past. Cake was a little sweet but was fine, sandwich was good. Would definitely try other food options in the future

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! The man in charge of the place does not have customer service, the day before I was there and we bought a pudding which was horrible, I went to ask if they could exchange it for me and he told me that he did not have any policy which said that if the product did not I liked it, they could change it for me, because he can't lose his money but he wanted me to lose mine! Because there are people who arrive and when they are finishing the sandwich they say they didn't like it but in my case we had only removed 2 very small pieces to try it, the piece was practically whole, I work in a restaurant and many times I have had to change things because the customer is simply right and what we want most is to keep the customer but here it seems that they are not interested in that, when clearly I am reading here in the responses of the comments that say that if they did not like the product they will give them a refund or a change. We had already been to that place twice before and the food was frozen because it is not a daily meal, but thanks to what happened to me now I will never return to that place again and I will choose PORTOS, which is located very close to there. I recommend that if you want quality you go to PORTOS

disappointed, decided to try instead of going to Porto's
I stood wondering if I could order pastries and was told I have to stand in line seen people just going up n just ordering. Ordered waited paid n waited again. Rec'vd partial order water an additional 25 min for tamale Everything is double the price n not as good. The tamale is almost 6 dollars and it was a hard ball of masa with a small line of dried chicken l, the potato ball was 5 n slightly larger then Porto's but still way too expensive, spent 45 eat two things

Always check your order the other day I bought one (MISS FAMILY) the one I ordered looked very fresh but when I got home the product was not the same they gave us one that was very old it had rotten fruit and the bread was very watery, I returned a week later and told the manager, who very rudely told us that they always give the oldest one and that she couldn't do anything... well, what bad service and terrible quality

I have been going to tropicana for about 20 years now! It started after my soccer games my mom would take me here for a guava strudel (highly recommend). I know porto's is around the corner but this place is amazing and worth a try! I love both don't get me wrong but this one will always be a go to.

Now I take my wife here for media noches :-)

Coffe and pastries are very good , even better than now very "commercialized" not anymore old style PORTOS , the service is the one that sucks , half of the front girls have and attitude , last one that took my order was Johanna, she couldn't even say thank u or a good day or anything nice like that , is not like I was asking for anything free !!
