The staff here is always welcoming, and I love how they take the time to explain the specials. Today, I had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and it was nothing short of perfection—the beef was juicy, and the cheese melted beautifully. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a rustic vibe and lots of natural light. It’s the perfect place for a sandwich craving!
A place so endearing that my friend has called it the Satriale's of our group. Sandwiches might seem pricey at first but they fill em up enough to make it completely worth it imo. They also have a whole variety of beers on tap, even cans or packs to go if you plan on getting boozed up! The bartenders, food servers, are chill af. This is truly a Downey classic.
Took my bf here for Father's day it was our first time and he loved it we will deff be back he got the corned beef on rye and it was so delicious I'm not even a corned beef person but I'd order that for me in a heart beat pastrami was also good we also got the chili cheese fries sharable size they where fresh crispy and delicious now for drink options let's talk beer because let's be honest you know your here for the beer so many choices I think over 100...
