We walked in and there were two staff people. No one greeted us, no one acknowledged us they just kept doing whatever they were doing. We were totally ignored even after we said hello. We turned around and walked out. This is extremely poor customer service. They could have at least acknowledged us but they made us feel like our business is not important. My favorite WaBa Grill location. Customer service is amazing. Everyone is friendly and polite. Service is fast, which is great for online ordering. My food is always ready on time. Plus, the food here is amazing. Love the new Wablaze Sauce super spicy and delicious.
