Dear Management,
I’m reaching out to express my disappointment regarding the customer service I experienced at your location on Sunday, July 27th, around 9:00 AM.
As a regular customer, I’ve typically had good experiences at this location. However, during this visit, the service at the drive-thru was noticeably unprofessional. After placing my order, there was no acknowledgment from the staff member. I waited for over two minutes before saying “hello,” and was met with a rude response: “What do you want?” The tone was dismissive and disengaged, as if the employee was not focused or interested in helping.
I repeated my order, but the interaction remained poor. In the end, I chose to leave without completing the purchase, as I didn’t have the time to repeat myself again and deal with poor service.
As someone who works in restaurant operations, I understand the value of fast, friendly service—especially in a fast-food setting where speed and customer satisfaction are key. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations. I could have chosen a sit-down restaurant, but I came here for convenience and efficiency, which I did not receive.
Recommendation: It may be beneficial to revisit customer service training with your staff to ensure all employees are attentive, respectful, and focused—especially during morning rush hours.

Late night dinner the customer service was great but the food wasn't that good to be honest. The fries were overcooked and a lot of oil you could tell he didn't look too fresh the burger was okay I just seem to remember Wendy's being a lot better. Luckily it was still service with a smile so I appreciate that

Very bad Service Should of went to McDonald's across the street.
I went into the restaurant to order I stood at the counter waiting to order, over 5 mins there was 3 staff members in the front. 2 at drive-thru 1 working fries. The worker on fries made eye contact twice I smiled back thinking she would come take my order. She DIDN'T
She eventually told the other worker that I was standing there.
I had a mobile order so it's not like I needed to review the menu.

They need customer classes, the old man was rude, too much in a hurry we only got a drink and a frosty which I thought was a dollar as well as the drink he let me know I was wrong and late WELL EXCUSE ME !! the drink was good , frosty was ok, not again like I had before at a different one but I know I won't go there again ...

This response is strictly for the location across from D. S. Jordan High School on Atlantic If you got there after school is letting out, Ii will be overly crowded. The kids hang out & get some food before going home.
