I tried to order 20 classic wings with 4 different flavors and I was told I can only get 3 flavors. So I had to and the wings were extremely small and dry as if they had been sitting a cool minute. Place was empty maybe that was a sign that I should've taken into consideration. The cashier was a bit dry no personality what so ever. On the bright side the dining area was clean. 36 dollars for 20 small wings and ranch was a bit extreme for me. I always thought wingstop was a good place for wings not anymore.

The food was very delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant, but what happened to me today seemed terrible to me.I placed an order and since it was bad, one of the employees threw the food in the trash. It is incredible to see so many people dying of hunger and this woman throwing good food into the trash.

The prices are reasonable for a fast food experience, the wings are usually good & thankfully I have been satisfied with the amount of sauce on my wings.The workers have been polite, all of them and quick to make my meal. Reading the reviews I feel lucky I haven't had a negative experience at the Downey location thus far

Made a phone call order & was told order would be ready in 20 minutes. Got to the location to pick up my order just to get told that they gave my order to someone else. So I told them that they can remake my order since I didn't pay for it they had said sure when it was time to pay I was told that they don't take cash only card or apple pay. Horrible customer service... person receiving phone call order sounded under the influence barley being able to understand a single word they said. Plus was never told thru the phone that they don't take cash orders made me waste my time & gas just for me to get there to no food & not being able to order any .

I order food from here and omg the food wasn't good. The fries were so salty I couldn't even eat them. It ruined the whole meal. On top of that, they got my order wrong and I didn't notice until o got home. Never again.

I've like Wingstop for a while but they changed the chicken and now it has an after taste and no longer taste good. No longer enjoy it. Love the ranch and fries don't mind the waiting. Staff are nice but the chicken no longer taste the same.

I can't comprehend what is the purpose of ordering online. Went to pick up my order today and waited nearly 20 mins for someone to give me my order. Cashiers were taking phone orders and I find that very rude. The customer in front is the one that should matter at the point in time. There has to be a better system for helping those that order online. Might as well not offer online orders if it doesn't work out for this particular location.
