Got into town wanting to find a place to eat in the small town of Plymouth. Decided to try Tin Roof Wine Cafe as they also have a few menu items to choose from. This particular evening we ordered drinks and for dinner we had a barbecued chicken pizza and poblano green chili enchiladas with a side of rice. Both meals were exceptional, very delicious and just the right amount of food. The owner gave us a recommendation to a local winery along with a free tasting coupon...this too was exceptional! If you're ever in Plymouth, CA definitely plan to visit Tin Roof Wine Cafe you won't be disappointed.

I love this place! Was recommended by a friend and so glad we spent an afternoon here eating amazing food and drinking amazing wine! And enjoying great conversation! The owners, Rachel and Chris, definitely are major food and wine experts- very knowledgeable! This is definitely a must visit when in the area and we will definitely be back!! I love Plymouth and this is in my top five places to go!

Wow! On a rainy cold Saturday in January we stumbled across the Tin Roof Wine Cafe in Plymouth on a friend's recommendation. Simply and Purely Wonderful! The proprietors, Chris and Rachel, made us feel at home, talked wine and food as we enjoyed a great bottle of wine and an amazing charcuterie board. I feel that we left as friends. Their down to earth style is compounded by their wine and culinary knowledge. Truly nice people running an amazing little hideaway in Plymouth. I highly recommend if you like good wine, small bites and great company. Bravo!

What a wonderful evening we had at the Tin Roof Cafe. We were staying next door at the Rest Hotel and they suggested we try it out. We were not disappointed. The food was so fresh, tasty, and served to perfection.As good as the food was, the service was impeccable. We were welcomed by Chris, who with his wife Rachel, own this restaurant. They have a true passion for what they do and it shows. Chris sat with us after our meal and talked to us for almost an hour and had us try so many of his delicious wines. These are not grocery store wines, nor regular wines you can find everywhere. Chris is extremely knowledgeable about wines and works tirelessly to source local boutique, family style wineries that are out of the ordinary and will “wow” his patrons.I wish them both much success, but based on our interactions with both of them last night, they will not need any luck. If you’re in the area, you have to give it a try. It’s like coming home for dinner. Thanks for a very memorable evening.

We are so glad Plymouth has another restaurant and Tin Roof is a gem! We enjoyed our dinner there and speaking with the owners Rachel and Chris. Rachel is the chef and changes her menu weekly; she features "farm to fork" cuisine. Chris is the bartender and is quite knowledgeable about wines. The prices are very reasonable especially compared to the other restaurant option close by. We look forward to returning the next time we stay at Rest Hotel.

Stopped in after work to have a glass of wine and a light bite. They had a great selection of wines on their list and reasonably priced! The owners were very kind and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. I had a charcuterie board to complement my wine and I must say it was a nice selection of cheese they had. I worked fine dining for many years so I tend to be picky lol but this place does not disappoint. Between the great service and good wine and cheese, I definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Amazing little wine bar. Plymouth has always been a stopping point for me when I'm in the area. Now that I discovered tin roof, it is an automatic trip as long as I'm close. I'm working my way through the wine cocktails - so far Mojito and Cosmo have been incredible.See you guys in two weeks, thanks!

Starving and all places served wine or beer but didn't matter so we ate at the Lil place. Decent food but value ...no...too pricey for amount u get. Service was great. Don't know if I would go back. Like 8 things on menu and were our of the original appetizer was sold out. We shared housemate chips n gorgazolla dip (so yummy), Asian chicken wraps and French dip. Very unique ambiance that's for sure. Based on a speak easy vibe.
