A very attractive and clean restaurant with attentive and friendly staff. Both the pulled chicken and bbq tritip sandwich were tender and flavorful. The grizzly fries were amazing. A half order of the fries is plenty for two. Although I drove about 5 miles to the restaurant, a 20 mile drive would be worth it..
A must-go-to place. The staff here was great, environment was clean, food was incredible and the portions were very large. This was just a half order of viking fries and we couldn't even finish everything. There is even a nice cat that likes to hang around the parking lot. We had such a great time here that all 3 of us kept adding to the tip.
We got there in the middle of the afternoon but we well taken care of. Our waitress was very nice and took good care of us. We ate our meal there and ordered a club sandwich and fries to go for a picnic in Sequoia NP the next day. It was wonderful!!!!
Stopped here on our way to Sequoia. The food was decent although was hoping for slightly larger portions. What turned the stomach and made it an unpleasant dining experience was the owner/manager's unsolicited commentary on what must be his distain for opposing political views. Keep them to yourself. Not everyone enjoys hearing how much you appreciate the current president and agree with the woke movement.
The food is always great. Fresh and smoker out front. Fast service, substitutions we're not a problem with having a gluten allergy.
OMG so good! Try the BBQ egg rolls and the Viking Fries! Service was excellent too, even though they explained they were short staffed! Completely worth the wait and we had leftover for another meal! We would go out of our way to come here again! Our waitress was THE BEST!!!
Excellent food, freshly made at a very good price. We had shrimp barbecue platter and pulled chicken barbecue platter. Both were delicious and sumptuous. The host is delightful and friendly.
We visited this restaurant out of desperation, we were so hungry and it was the closest place. I am so glad we did because it is truly a diamond in the rough. The plates were plentiful and reasonably priced. What was even better was the food was incredibly tasty. All six of us got something different and everyone was very pleased. I personally had the fried shrimp and it was cooked to perfection. I even ordered the chicken sandwich my daughter had to take home because it was good and it was great reheated.
Real hidden gem. Great food and experience. The portions ar huge and the prices are average. ;)
The owner Greg was so kind and helpful. The pastrami sandwich and Viking fries are not to be missed!

If your going in to Sequoia or Kings Canyon National Parks, put this on your list of places to stop and eat. Only about 2 miles off of 180 going in from the west. The food is absolutely resort quality. The service was like being at a friends home. The only thing I’m sad about is I wish we would have found this place sooner!!
Awesome food and service!I'll be a regularArguably the best pastrami I've ever had.Ribs are awesome too , and I been smoking my own for 40 years
Three words…Get the RIBS!! They are perfect and so isn’t everything else. Fresh ingredients and all sides made in-house. Very clean restaurant. Service is impeccable!
5 stars and nothing less. Really good food and the best host you can imagine. Everything starts on the parking lot - you smell the wonderful BBQ.It is worth to drive a long way, you will not be disappointed. The prices are very fair (in my opinion too low). We all need more of these places.
Me and my wife were looking for a good BBQ place to eat and we found this gem!The owner is very friendly he gave us an extra side for the steak. Now if we talk about food, their steak is the best! We also took the buffalo wings and onion rings. My wife also found a cat outside and he was an adorable one!Give it a go!
