This review only pertains to food pickup services. The Jr. staff are not versed in putting together pick-up service orders. I had to wait for a senior staff or manager to assemble my pickup order. This waist time which we are evaluated on. The junior staff drummed their fingers waiting for the next thing to do instead of putting my order together.

I went in for 8 tacos and 3 burgers. Check this out, my order was wrong and they wanted me to pay for another burger when I checked and didnt see the third burger in the bag. not once but twice this has happened within a week.
Everytime I’ve gone here the tenders taste disgusting ? it taste like freezer burn/ old moldy. I’ve gone two separate times, spit it out each time, I’ve taken them back as well and never get reimbursed last time going to this location.

Thanks to Maria Gonzalez running things excellently late night doing an excellent job no matter how many cars are in the drive-through. She only doesn't realize you can't hear really well through the microphone so I shout it out number 30 she thought I was yelling, but when she later found out that all I was doing was telling her it was a number 30 she has wonderful, communication skills understanding and she's working the drive-through great hot food late night snacks, the best Jack-in-the-Box, and Eagle Rock.

Just ordered food from Jack in the box and it was horrible. I ordered 2 chicken sandwhiches and there were parts where the chicken was raw. It was disgusting. Very poorly made.

Best place to get Vanilla Shakes in the night. The Ice Cream machine is always working great, they never have a problem with it like others franchise.

The doors are very difficult to open for disabled people. I couldn't open the door to get in. It was very painful to do so.
