The best tea shop in all of the Los Angeles area. The best Mango Fruit Tea, and smoothies.
My daughter introduced me to this amazing tea place. I felt in love as soon I try their tea. Now is my favorite tea place!!!
Good drinks. Diverse menu. The menu reminds me of Factory Tea Bar where I used to work at years ago. If you like tea, this is the right place to get a good taste because they cook the tea right. (L) aloha pineapple (R) black sesame
The matcha milk tea is so delicious here, I highly recommend it. Great price for the drinks as well!
Helpful and friendly service and delicious milk tea. I will be back
Yummy drinks
Amazing value
Huge size, small price.
The flavor was good too
The boba here is so good. I got the pot plant drink and really enjoyed it. The prices are also really good. I always come here when visiting LA
Affordable and very tasty !!!
Super friendly staff even at closing hours. Went at 11:30pm and the boba still tasted fresh and drinks weren’t rushed. Will be back with same expectation 😋
It's better than boba time that is across the street. Go Spot for a boba. The Horchata with coffee slush is my favorite. I've been coming here for years and still good like the first.

My favorite boba spot. Favorite drink is black tea passion fruit. On 12/20/2024 around 2ish the people were super slow and seemed to be avoiding taking orders. Myself and two other people decided to leave and one of the people cross the street to boba time.
Great drinks and open late.

Best tea place I've been to and I've been to a lot. The flavors and texture is the best I've had and the service is very kind, helpful, and sweet. Keep it up. I'm visiting from our of town but this is my new favorite spot and I'll tell people about this place!

Another awesome find tucked away in a mini strip mall as you enter from Glendale to Eagle Rock.. I get the large (Blended) Thai Tea Slushy .. no boba , no cut just the pure Thai Tea for me, however they definitely have anything you’d like to add to this perfect thirst quencher and appetite calmer on those hot summer days. There also open till midnight so stop and check out the Thai Tea Slushy and let me know what you think.. mJASONm

Had the Ube slush with boba and was pleasantly surprised with the flavor, complete with my purple lips! ?
