Order on app went to pick up waiting for 20 mins. Nothing went thru drive thru said we getting it ready park. Wait about 20 mins Nothing had to go inside and still waited like 30 minutes. In total 1 hrs and 28 minutes for a Order only reason I waited that long was I couldn't cancel order. Never coming back to this place.

Would give zero stars if I could. Horrible! Ordered cheeseburgers and received dried up hamburgers. A couple bites and had to trash it! Buns were hard on the edges so must have sitting there for a while or microwaved. You all ought to be ashamed serving this crap!

Why didn't anybody tell me the crispy tenders were so good 😩 I went through drive through and the service was great

Went through the drive thru she asked if I was using my app I said yes and gave her the code she ignored me and helped another person in the other drive thru lane. Then came back to me again. I ordered my food and when to drive around and was cut off by another car. I get to the window and the girl is rude holds her hand out for my card swipes it and hands it back no hi how are you nothing. I get the the food window and they hand me my food the boy gets impatient with me and sighs because I am checking my food. He hands me my drink and it is missing and inch of soda at the top when I ask him to fill it up he says “sorry it’s a machine I will just add more ice” I paid for soda not ice calibrate your machine, train your employees, and hire more personable people with a sense of customer service.

Drive-through has shitty attitude you ask for a receipt they say it’s in the bag you asked for condiments 440 piece chicken nugget meal all I asked for was sweet-and-sour And barbecue and a receipt and didn’t get none of it they said it’s all in the bag I knew I should’ve checked it before I left but me being by myself I couldn’t I was in a hurry and they had a long line behind me
