Mountain Mike's Pizza

I ordered and paid online. Arrived 35 minutes later and they had not started making the pizza. They said because I was 1st time customer they needed to call and I didn’t answer so they didn’t make it. East Palo Alto.

Staff is nice, prompt, and accommodating - But reasonably accommodating To help the customers experience without hurting their business. Thanks to Michele this was my experience, however it was notable that other staff members were giving great service too - all while working as a team. Well done

Love it here , great place for a quick lunch! always fresh and lots of options to choose from , fresh salad bar and theres always deals going on just ask the front and they will always have something to offer in deals. Great customer service and great music, its a vibe in here.

Good pizza, and nice workers

Stopped in for a couple slices, was greeted by the lovely Monica. She was very kind and helpful with the different available options. Slices were hot and tasty, would recommend.

I went here yesterday with a friend bought pizza as I was sitting down I seen a white couple come and pick up there order of pizza asked for 2 Ranch dressings for their pizza was given the ranch with no problem. As I sat there quiet my order was called as I received my order I decided to ask for Ranch the lady tells me 98cents for one I said nevermind I don’t want it I just seen you give the white couple before me ranch without telling them it was extra … I’m all about fairness and treating everyone the same when I said you gave the white couple ranch without asking for 98cents they offered me one for free I said no thanks it’s okay and walked out with my order

I order an hour in advance and when I got there my order still was not ready I will never order from there again.
