Risotto wasn't made as good as it was during my previous visits. Lemon zest was missing and the asparagus wasn't well roasted. Beans could've been slightly more.
With a reservation was seated in the bar area which was very distracting for the business lunch conversation. Disappointing
Staff is what made the difference! Amazing Service and attention to detail was un matched! Thank You!
Our server was fabulous and had great recommendations! The ambience was modern but cozy. We definitely enjoyed the food and it was flavorful & portions were appropriate for the cost.
Experience was fabulous like you would expect from any four season restaurant service impeccable, food, delicious, and atmosphere fantastic
We loved everything about our evening. The service was courteous and attentive, good vegetarian options, delicious risotto and deserts.
Great hosts. The food comes from their own garden. You can expect the quality!

The loud music they play in the evening is very disturbing for guests of the four seasons hotel.

Excellent place, service is always fantastic but this time the food disappointed me a little. It was good but the syrup on the pancakes ruined the whole plate. Chicken so tasty and coffee just perfect.
We usually love Four Seasons restaurants: this one was dreadful. From bland and uninspiring food for which we paid almost $400 to absolutely dreadful service this place was a miss. Save your money and DO NOT GO HERE.

Disappointing Experience Due to Ongoing Construction – Hoping for a Return to Form Unfortunately, our recent visit to Quattro was a letdown, largely due to significant construction that had temporarily transformed the dining experience. Neither OpenTable nor the restaurant mentioned that the main dining room would be unavailable—something I would have appreciated knowing in advance. Instead, guests were seated in a makeshift area within the hotel lobby, which lacked the ambiance one expects from a Four Seasons restaurant. The menu appeared refined, but the execution didn't meet expectations. Of the appetizers we tried, the calamari was underwhelming and the fried chicken bites missed the mark. The hamachi was the one bright spot. Concerned about value, we opted for pizzas as entrées, which were fine but not memorable. Service has always been a highlight at the Four Seasons, and all save one of the staff upheld that standard. However, our experience was somewhat soured by an unwelcoming interaction with the hostess, which felt out of character for the brand. To be fair, the hotel itself remains a lovely place to stay, and I still recommend the Four Seasons Silicon Valley for accommodations. That said, I would advise future diners to wait until the restaurant has completed its renovations and is fully operational again OR lower expectations while they get their act together. I look forward to returning once Quattro is back to its usual high standards.
The service was absolutely incredible and the food was good. We felt so welcome and had a great time. Our server, Asil, was so sweet and attentive and always made sure we were alright. Food is a bit pricey, but I figured it would be and accounted for that before we came. All in all, I'd recommend coming here if you have the budget.
Quattro is an undiscovered gem (for many) in Palo Alto. The menu has just changed for spring and the Chef has clearly put a lot of effort into making creative dishes that are aesthetically pleasing but even more important delicious! The entire staff at Quattro is warm and welcoming. It's a pleasant change from the chaos that can be downtown Palo Alto.
It used to be a good spot with a nice lunch menu, but it seems they've changed it recently — and not for the better. In an attempt to make it overly fancy, they've completely missed the mark. The food was subpar, and the service has gone downhill as well. The wait staff barely checked on us after serving the food, and I kept waiting to ask for condiments because the food tasted awful. Eventually, I gave up and just shoveled it down to get it over with. Definitely won't be returning.

Menu changed and they don't really have anything light. No sandwiches, burgers, etc. Much of what made it a great lunch spot is gone from their menu. The chicken that came with my Caesar was bland, wasn't cut into strips, skin on, and not tasty. No bread or even breadsticks were delivered and once our food was served, our server never came back. My friend wanted some sauce for his order, but could not get anyone's attention. Bring back some of the old menu, and better service.
