Nothing to complain when it comes on to this starbucks free wifi, good ambience, good music and electric outlet for me to keep my device charged. I cant ask for more.Kid-friendliness: Kids run arou d this place like its a play grpund the place is safe. Though it may not be quiet on school release hours. LolWheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk have accesss the main door is leveled with the sidewalk so no problem.

Honestly, this was a great location in the past , as a longtime resident of East Palo Alto and given the climate we live in I just feel that young staff members don't take the job serious... lots of staff inside could be cleaner , tables are dirty very disappointed, could be so much better

Really bad customer service here. They messed up my order and when I said something they gave me attitude and tried to tell me that's what I ordered. I ordered a venti matcha latte with no ice and they only filled half the cup! I order this way from this location every time I've ordered and have never had them make it for me this way.

My husband & I love Starbucks and Gabby!! Every morning we go for his Frappe and my Ice coffee! When we walk in most of the crew know us by name and drink! Thank you Gabby and crew for the smiles

This is my first time at this location. I go to a lot of Starbucks and I was pleasantly surprised with awesome music. They offer a white variety of coffee’s and my favorite all the different cups. I ordered a white chocolate mocha, a chai latte and a dragon fruit lemonade, refresher drink. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a wide variety of coffee beans as well. They are well stocked. The stuff was super amazing and super nice! I was with my daughter who is teen and spoke with the staff they were super motivating and inspiring to her about the career path with Starbucks. The soon be manager who is amazing told us his story starting from the bottom even though he is overqualified for his position chose to start from the bottom to learn everything there is to know! He is super smart and hard working! He was able to teach my daughter in the 10 minutes we were there on how an employee should, and want to be and he was amazing and had a beautiful energy and aura about him! They made our drinks perfect! I left out of there so happy it’s been a long time that I’ve been to Starbucks and actually had such a nice time because usually everyone’s in a rush and it’s just about pushing you out of their way this location they make time for you and they make the drinks very good. I definitely will come back again.

Same Coffee, Different Vibes*This location is very dirty. They don’t clean the sidewalk in front, the tables inside & even the counter at the register is wet & sticky. I asked to put my order in a bag, and they set it on the counter wet counter, for me to do? No order ahead either, seems like a huge mistake. I wish this was nicer, as they are located next to a Tesla Super Charger, so I am often here waiting for 30-45 mins. This could be a nice hang, I advise going to the Starbucks inside the target nearby.

They don't want to accept cash. Without even explaining the reasons, they say “we don’t accept $50, $100 bills.” What nonsense? Where is your customer focus?
