Food’s good but I’ve gotten better service from a dead rat on the side of the road.

Used to go here all the time for tacos but they constantly messed up orders and when I would go back to get it fix, they would act like it’s my fault that my food wasn’t correct. They had the nerve to look at me and tell that next time I should make sure that my order is correct, like that isn’t their job. The manager consistently kept turning me away because she said I was missing plates in my order and I needed to go retrieve them…. Yes that is why I am here, I am missing plates of food from my order, I never got those plates. Finally after about 15 minutes, I guess she had enough because she told her workers to get my plate ready.

Wouldn’t be so bad if their workers also didn’t act like doing their job was such burden on them when you come in when it’s empty.

Food used to be really good and affordable but now with raising prices, the food’s alright at best but definitely not worth the price. Would 100% rather go to RWC for better tacos and around the same price

I will never buy from here again so a while back we got food from here and they had a cockroach it was absolutely disgusting I wouldn't recommend buying from here

After a long time I went to buy takeaway because I was passing by, I asked for special burritos but they gave me no cheese, no avocado, tasteless, no salt, no flavor Meat, I couldn't even find it, rice and lettuce and on top of that, unfortunately, this taqueria without flavor “El Jarocho” is no longer what it was before, I called the cashier on the cell phone and she wouldn't let me speak, I asked her to listen to me because constructive criticism can help improve but she responded that on Sundays there are no special burritos and that I have to read the list” and why didn't she tell me when I placed the order that there isn't what I ordered?
And only on Mondays there are special burritos ??‍♀️
Ok, on Sundays they don't have special burritos but they are still regular burritos, they have to have salt flavor and all the ingredients.

Super orible place, people don't serve you well, you never have anything, they never have anything, bad service

3/31/24Ordered chorizo and egg burrito. Chorizo lacked flavor. Ordered carne asada and cheese burrito. Carne asada had lots of chewy gristle.Cute girl at the window.3 drunk homeless guys sitting at the tables hitting the bottle.Hit up the grocery store next door and make your own for 75% less.

Tacos are delicious, great Mexican traditional taste however if you order french fries they do not have ketchup ?Cashier and cook are very friendly and paid attention to my specific requests. Thank you.

The most horrible tasting food I ordered a quesadilla and they gave it to me cut into squares, they would have better chewed it for me and the meat was terrible I asked for pastor and for pastor nothing to do with horrible food

Good tacos and the birrias are a good size and the flavor is very good. In my case I was full with two. I still need to try the burritos ? Hehehe.

Ordering tacos and not getting sebolla and silantro because they forgot is the last straw...they should pay more attention to each customer who orders and pays $35 for everything...
