I used to come here pretty often when they were in Menlo Park, and when this particular location was on the other side of the parking lot, but I think this new location is much better for them. The place is bright and filled with natural light. The noise is average and you can see the hustle and bustle of the workers working on both sides of the menu. Everyone is mindful of new customers coming in and they get your food to you quickly! They have options for all dietary needs but probably not too many for plant-based or vegans. Definitely make your way out here before the afterschool rush as you will be met with crowds of teenagers ready to eat and socialize. Definitely one of the hidden gems here on this side of the bay area and a good amount of food food for your dollar.

Wow, the sandwiches are delicious here. I recommend the steak cheese sandwich, a delight with mushrooms and red pepper ?

This team is such a wonderful group of people. So patient and accommodating. Even as I wait they are greeting people by name cause it is clear that they care about their customers and do their job so well and efficiently. I ordered two sandwhiches on separate cards and they tasted great and I felt completely taken care of. Thanks!

This is by far the best Togos in the Bay Area , right in my beautiful town of East Palo Alto, this is my hang out 3 times a week !!! It's the cleanest, Friendliest, plosive sand which vibe on the whole peninsula, tell the Coach Anthony recommended you, I've managed restaurants in the past for 15 years and the reminds me of the same positive experience!!! Fast , friendly and clean , restroom cleaned 3 times per day if not more !!!

I have been to this togos many times. The owner is always very kind. I went today ordered my normal sandwich and added bacon. Was charged for the bacon and it was not put on the sandwich. It was sad to see the kid not be able to do the job. Asked multiple times what I wanted and still didn't get it right! Kind of disgusted

We were hungry and short of time so we popped into the Togos next to Ikea. We both got a wrap, I got the mediterranean and he got the Asian chicken. Mediterranean was basically a salad, it said there was chicken and the feta tasted plastic. I am not a super picky eater but this was terrible. He said the chicken on the Asian wrap was super dry. I opened mine up and ate as a salad- neither one of us could stomach eating the other half. He had a stomach ache after eating the food, we both wished we would have gone to McD's or Taco Bell. Staff was great, no reflection on the workers just the quality of food. I didn't try the sandwiches but I will never go back to a Togos much better sandwich shops in the area.

A great lunch was enjoyed by our group of 20. The Uber driver forgot to bring the drinks, so the owner had one of his own employees bring us the drinks ASAP. Great service!

Good size portion. Tried the pastrami Philly. It was good, plenty of meat, little salty and messy but worth it.

Togo's is always a nice place to grab a quick sandwich. Fresh food, not too pricey, quick service.

This is not near my house or work but I wish it was. I was in the area doing some shopping and went here for lunch. So glad I did. It is refreshing to have an atmosphere that is welcoming with such gracious employees. Definitely go in!!

Just had a gluten free wrap and it was fantastic! I’m traveling from Denver for Meta and have been here two weeks, eating at some very fancy restaurants. This meal was one of my favorites!

I have been going to this Togo's for years and never had a bad experience until tonight 6/27/22 I ordered two large caprese Italian sandwiches at 9pm. I asked for avocado on both. I get home and open the sandwich to see no avocado!! Then I take a bite of my sandwich and come up with a very LONG STRAND OF CURLY HAIR IN THE SANDWICH!!!! I am completely disgusted! I know it wasn't done on purpose but it happened. Too tired to drive back over and fight for a refund. 42$ on sandwiches wasted tonight.

They just moved from across the shopping center. The new location is larger and brighter, the parking is a little difficult.
