Worst service place ever can yaw put some people to work that actually speak English try to get on the phone an don't nobody speak a lick of English can't nobody understand nun then they get mad an hang the phone up NOBODY CAN UNDERSTAND YOU GET SOME PEOPLE THAT SPEAK ENGLISH AN THEM WINGS GARBAGE

I came here last night around 11. Picked up an order. Food was super super good. I woke up the next day threw up twice. I used the bathroom about 8 times. They gave me food poisoning, and i’ve been trying to call their phone all day to talk to a manager about a refund, but they don’t answer the phone. I would’ve went up there but i’ve been at work all day. If you don’t want to get food poisoning, don’t come here!

There’s a short lady with dark hair that works closing. I went late night to place an order and she probably thought I didn’t speak Spanish, she proceeded to tell a young employee that “ he’s not going to last in the job because he’s worthless”. This is so disappointing and unprofessional!

The level of dissatisfaction with this particular location is hard to explain in words! The business NEVER answers the phone, constantly gets orders wrong, and/or doesn't provide the specifics of an order to what's expected. Attitudes are all over the place, simply when trying to explain an order too. Others have experienced similar issues, and with my experience, UBER EATS and Wingstop Headquarters have been made aware of this situation!

Worst wingstop! I order online and when i got home my entire order was wrong. I had to drive back and the lady who helped didn’t offer to compensate my order but instead gave me horrible cold wings! Awful will not be going back anytime soon!

Terrible AI call system, wasted 15 minutes going in circles because the machine kept saying “please wait while we process your order.” At one point it gave up and sent us to an operator, but that operator was at a central call center and not at the store.

We walked into the store. And they were super confused at the name on the order. In any event they eventually figured out which order was ours. But the order on the ticket was wrong and didn’t match the order we told the operator. We explained that to the clerk, whose communication skills left something to be desired. All she managed to say was “sorry I don’t know.”

So we begrudgingly paid for an order that was incorrect and an overcharge and left.

Go to the Mountain View location and order in person.

This is the best WingStop I’ve been to in my life! The customer service is phenomenal and it feels as if the servers know exactly what you want even before you say it. They provided exceptional service!

The main issue is with Uber eats.
They drop the wrong order at the house.
I tried to call wing stop but they don't help you on the phone. They only take orders. I drove to Wingstop
And I have to pay for a new order they don't care that you get the wrong order. I was there when someone brought back my order and they tried to give it to me when it was open.
That is my problem
I requested a new order and I paid again for the other.
I am not taking a bag that is been open and I don't where is been.
