When i asked for a small cup of water with my order she rang it up as a beverage that was nearly four dollars. I caught it and clearly questioned if i was being charged for a water. She then appeared to be correcting it and then rang it up as a bottle of water for the same price. I had to again state clearly that i wasn't paying for a cup of water so she deleted it and handed me a small water cup.I ordered regular wings and instead got what appeared to be various sized boneless nuggets. I clearly stated I just wanted regular chicken wings, so my order was wrong as well. They did however get the flavors correct as i ordered the two hottest they had. I was however impressed that i actually for once found a place that serves truly spicy hot stuff that was actually spicy enough for me. For that I am giving a better score than I would. Also although so many mistakes were made the cashier was at least still friendly and not rude so I didn't score as low as I would've. I doubt I'll go back to that location but would possibly try another in the future.Vegetarian options: Don't go to a place that specializes in selling meat such as chicken while looking for vegetarian diversity. There's a few non meat items such as fries and veggie sticks and water and soda if that mattersParking: Shopping center parking. We waited over 30mins for our food. The staff was slow, confused and unorganized. Multiple people left the queue because they were sick of waiting and on top of that we even got the wrong food. The food was okay but not worth the wait, the money nor the visit.

I had doordashed some wingstop , the food came out cold, hard and tasted expired, i got a drink and even that tasted expired and old, my chicken sandwich came out uncooked and raw wasted 30 dollars

I have been here many times and the food is tasty. Food came hot and juicy however the location is not as safe as it is located in East Palo Alto. There are a lot of weird people around the store outside.

They are much slower than usual Wingstops maybe because this is a high traffic area. Every time I order it takes at least 45 min.
They’re so unorganized but have a dozen people working. When you order from the app it lets you know when the order is completed but we waited an additional 15 minutes for our order, and we weren’t the only ones who this happened to! In total, we waited 45 minutes for our order. Just horrible!! I will say there was one young lady, I wish I knew her name, who was very nice and welcoming and she deserves 5 stars.

We have been going to this Wingstop for years and never, ever have we gotten our order on time. Everytime you go you have to wait a long time.Today was the worst experience yet. I show up to grab my food and they cannot find my order but they didn't tell me that. So I had to wait for 15 minutes (mind you, it was already 30 minutes since we placed the order online) and they finally asked for my receipt. I showed them the receipt and they said they gave my good to somebody else!! wtf?!?!?!! So I asked them for my money back but they said they cannot give it back because it's an online order (why the f do I care if it's an online order?!?!?) so they made the food again and I finally got my food almost an hour after the order was placed.These people are incompetent and nobody should go to this place ever again!!
