My husband and I have been here many times and the food is very good. When we got there they said we couldn't open the door because of the wind and made us wait outside in the cold when the place was empty!. We had to flag the worker down to let us in to pick up our food that we had pre ordered. We got boneless wings, and rice cakes. Both very tasty. However this time we found a medium long black hair cooked in the breading of the chicken! We both got disgusted and stopped eating. We will now be going to their other location in Rancho.

Kid-friendliness: It’s very welcoming once you enter those doors. They are willing to do anything to make the food to your best interest and also to children also. They have amazing dishes that kids will love . If your feeling spicy and you have kid who doesn’t like spice at all there is a variety of flavors to choose from even showing how they rank on the spicy chart.

Excellent, my new fave chicken spot. Was introduced via catered lunch at work. The Gang-Jeong is my favorite but there are a generous variety of options! This chicken is DIFFERENT and a whole different kind of CRISPY! Must Try!!

If you want to wait over 30 minutes after they told you your order of 16 wings will be ready in 20, this is the place for you. Why even have a paging system where they page you when your order is ready and not use it? If you weren't going to use it you didn't need my name and phone number now did you?
I waited in my vehicle since my wife and myself are getting over a cold and are still coughing. After a little over 20 minutes I walk in and have a seat since I figured that my order should be up soon. There were two orders sitting on the counter and myself and one other customer waiting. No one else in the restaurant.
After about 10 minutes watching the tall kid with the glasses talking to the girl he was working with and checking his phone, I ask how much longer my order was going to take. The kid walks to the counter and looks at the tickets on the food that was sitting on the counter ever since I walked in to wait. He asks my name, I give it and he says "Oh, it's right here".
Like I said, why have a paging system if you're not even going to use it?! The employees don't even notice the customers. If someone orders and they walk in the employees should recognize that person who ordered less than an hour ago. If it was busy I can understand not remembering someone. But again, no other customer was in the establishment besides myself and one other.
Your employee doesn't know what the term "Customer Service" is. Thanks to your inattentive employees like the tall kid with glasses, there are going to be a lot more complaints like this one.
