I've been coming here since this location has opened. Every time I come here I spent about $40-$80.. I just don't understand how they can charge a dollar for ranch when you spend over $60 on an order. Honestly how much does ranch cost the owner? I am never coming back to this location again.

I tried this for the first time last weekend and the wings were cooked to perfection. We ordered two flavors - the soy garlic and the original spicy. They were both good but I personally prefer the original spicy. The two young workers in the front were friendly and on top of things. My only complaint is the food takes way too long to prepare. I ordered over the phone and they told me the food would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived half an hour later and the wings were still not ready. I added a side of fries and about 10-15 minutes later, I finally left with my order. I suggest you place your order in advance over the phone if you're in a hurry.

At this newer place with their common ambience good usual Korean bbq chicken we love、simply satisfies our needs you can get surprisingly good French fry here with many flavour of chickens to select from. Services are OK but it could be better I think.

My friend took me to this place since it's one of her to-go places. But it was a big disappointment. I ordered the wing of fire because I love spicy. Both my friend and me don't like sweetness in the sauce so we verified it with the cashier and she confirmed that this favor has no sweet at all when she took our order. We were nice to her when the cashier's attitude is kind of cold. But we did not bother by her since we expected the food to be good. After about 20 minutes of wait, I got the order and gave it a try. As soon as I took the first bite of the wing, it definitely tasted sweet despite the spicy. I talked to the cashier about this issue. She admitted that she did tell us that this favor was not sweet at all. And that's why we ordered it in the first place. However, when she learned that it's sweet, her response was literally, "because you ate it, we can't do anything about it". I was like, how was I supposed to know if I didn't try it? I only took one bite to learn that it's too sweet and reported the situation to the store right away. Furthermore, the staff argued that she claimed it non-sweet based on customers' feedback. So we were not her customers and our feedback have no value? Not only the food was disappointed (to be fair, I do think the cook did a good job on cooking the wing juicy and tender, it's just the sauce was way too sweet for us, even though we empathized that we didn't like any sweet when we made the ordered with the cashier), but the cashier's attitude was cold and unprofessional. She did not even apologize, and to the worse, she shut me out. My friend used to come here a lot and took friends and families to order food from here. But she doesn't think she will ever come back with such a horrible experience.

Superb value for the money and customer service. The food was excellent with great recommendations by the workers (Jessica and Renee) in the front. The venue was very welcoming and cozy as well, the workers were also incredibly kind and answered any questions we had about the menu. Will return next time for sure!

This place is a total rip-off. They advertise 8pcs of chicken for $14.99 with a slight twist - they give you 4 pieces of chicken and cut them in half to equal 8 pieces total. For instance, a chicken thigh cut in half is considered 2 pieces. They are not just cutting corners, it is a scam. Out of the 8pcs, 2 were inedible with no meat. So in essence, I paid $16.15 (taxes included) for 3 whole parts of chicken, cut in half to equal 6 pcs.. Yeah, imagine 2 thighs, 1 breast, all cut in half and then a single leg and a single wing? And to top that off, the chicken is like the size of a cornish hen. This place won't last long at all with that dishonest approach..
As a 3rd party delivery driver, just about every time I pick up orders from here it's always running late. Here now and I was on time. Told it was gonna take another 15 minutes. I saw alot of order receipts hanging. You guys need to figure out a way to get orders out faster or even a faster system. I believe these are franchised owned. Corporate needs to know the situation to somehow, someway make changes to speed up the orders.

I love their chicken wings, but the rice cake but I didn’t get what I order.
Best Korean style fried chicken that you'll never regret! Have had it couple times and the food is always good! Definitely will recommend everyone to give it a try!

The chicken was interesting and unique. I think they're overpriced though. As much as I liked the food, I won't be going there often. They're a little slow too. It'll most likely be one of those places I go too when I want to treat myself, but definitely not a frequent place I'll visit.
