If I could give 0 rating I would I just did an online order and they gave me the complete wrong flavor wings 😐 I was already having a bad day literally I hate everyone that works there

Almost no one in restaurant took them like 5 minutes to get us seated, after 15 minutes of waiting and no one taking our order we left.

I’ve been coming here for a while now. The food here is fresh and great.

Wings and French fries were cold. Took 30 minutes to get our food; wings, wraps and hamburger.

Walked in around 1pm... No acknowledgement for more than 5 minutes... They weren't busy at all... One waitress walked by and totally avoided eye contact... Someone else at came by and asked if we had been helped and said she'd get someone to help us.

Just then... A couple stood up and walked out. I asked how long they had been waiting and they said a solid 30 minutes and they only had water.

I thought it could be a one-off but it appears the long wait and poor service comments are in line with what we saw today.

Disappointed in the experience this afternoon. We have gone to this location for years and the service has always been slow. The last few times it has improved however today after placing and appetizer order and our drinks we sat for 30+ minutes without even getting acknowledged to put our food order in and or the pace of the appetizer. After 7 different occasions of the server walking by and not stopping to address the slowness my husband and I walked out. Bummer that they can’t seem to get it together.

She was an amazing hostess. Very attentive and polite. Made sure I was hydrated between my IPA's. Just the best! I appreciate her concern since I was the DD home. The establishment was well maintained and managed. My favorite home BWW ever. Thank you Jasmine!!

Never again! Went here with my fiance for dinner waited about an hour for our food which was fine but than our food came out cold and the wings barely had any sauce on them. Anddddd me and my fiance both got sick that night. 1 star because our waitress was nice

Bad service here. Will not come back, the guy named Andrew in the pickup order is not helpful. Andrew says my order is canceled since food not available so I just ask for refund however 2 days later I still got no refund I called back next day and follow up but still nothing. Not recommended

So sad they re-did the chairs and tables but kept the gross bathrooms and totally under staffed on game 1 of the Dodgers vs blue jays. We sat down in the bar area waited 15 minutes with no service and left. We will not be going back.

Horrible dry wings n burnt bacon hamburger 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ yeah they were nice enough to replace the wings with some more dry wings ….”stopped coming here years ago and thought my wife n I would give it another shot …. Now we know why we haven’t been here …. And the service is hands down the worst ….. I’m sorry BW but in eastvale u absolutely lost ur values‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I used to love buffalo wild wings. Recently I don't know what's changed, but their service is terrible and their food is nasty. They served me stale fries and the chicken was cold when it got to me. We waited for more than 30 minutes to get served and our order wasn't complete. They took forever to refill our drinks and that's that it was a slow night. There was barely anyone in there.
