This has got to be the worst value restaurant I've ever been to. Stale food, slow service, and EXPENSIVE. Not sure how they're still in business.

I should have read the reviews before going here. Incredibly slow service at every turn. We were told to find a table in the bar area. We stood there for at least 15 minutes waiting for someone to come by and clean the table. It was next to impossible to flag someone down; no one would even look in our direction. That should have been our first clue. My Blue Moon took at least 30 minutes to arrive and the food took 1.5 hours to arrive. I figured maybe it was an off night for them, but based on the other reviews, it seems like this is how they operate. Would not go back.

The bartender that was there she was good, but I ask her to put on the ALL - STAR GAME & it took a while & I saw a manager doing an interview & he stopped to change the channel 'WOW'. I ordered Mac n Cheese & i an nThen I went to the bathroom, totally disgusting, toilet paper towels every where in the bathroom.

Where do I even begin? Such an awful experience, we were in California to visit a friend and decided to have lunch here. First there was a couple waiting before us for who knows how long. When we arrived it was still a good 5 minutes or so before they were helped. The girl then disappeared after sitting them, to have a side conversation with another employee. We then were sat, the waitress took our drink order, and our food order and once that was delivered to the table she disappeared until it was time to give us the check. The food was very mediocre. Definitely not what I remember of buffalo wild wings. Side note the restaurant was not busy, so why we were barely waited on was very odd

My friends and I came as a party of 6 back to back nights and both nights we had awful service drinks took forever which was as simple as water. Food and beer took an hour and the place was not even crowded. The young girls at the cashier seemed like they hated being here and didn’t want to help us at all. Won’t be coming back here and even had wings that we waited an hour and a half for we ended up leaving before they came out

Order from your phone now... they don't even want to look at you or help you. Quality has gone way wayyyy downhill. BONELESS wings are chicken flavored rocks. Basket of fries for like $10 is smaller than a medium order of fries anywhere else. They cheap out on food, on service, and raise their prices and you'd be better off gumming used toilet paper.

**Update: I don't want to fill out your form. You can though. Just copy and paste my review. I don't want free food that I will sort of pay for. Nope. No thanks. You can pay me to eat there if you like but I will never NEVER go out of my way to eat there again. Sorry. Improve the quality cause its bad and you know it is. It'll cost you $500 if you want me to eat there again. I'm punishing myself so you must take a financial punishment too.**

Poor service! As soon as we walked in they gave us the menu and told us to choose a table, tables were dirty, took long to take order, food came out cool, order was taken wrong 😑

Zero stars all around. Got there at 1225, ordered a wing combo and a kids cheeseburger combo. Food got there 40 minutes later and it was wrong. Girl offered to take it back but I didn't want to wait another 40 minutes. Everyone there was unapologetic when I voiced my concern. Last time I will ever go there.

Really bad service Isabela gave us attitude and food was cold and took forever to arrive to top it off manager didn’t even bother coming to speak to us about the problem don’t recommend coming to this location

Bad service we arrived we were told it was 15 min wait then they sat people that arrived after us. They stated that they lost the paper that we wrote our name on. The guy was rude and told us it was a 40 min wait.

This place definitely needs ZERO STARS AND A COMPLETE MAKE OVER OF STAFF AND MANAGEMENT, We came in at 3 PM. Just 3 of us, 2 adults, 1 child. The atmosphere was way off, it was hot and dark. restaurant looked like a wherehouse, there was maybe 5-6 people inside. We stood at front podium for about 10-15 minutes before a female worker from behind the counter decided to walk over and ask if we wanted to eat. ( in my head i was like no I just wanted to say hi!!!!!!) We said yes and can we have a booth, she said no cause they are all dirty and all they have is free seating in the bar area. We looked at the area and they even had tables were dirty. I looked at my wife and said we're out of here cause if it looked like this and the attitude of the staff, imagine what the food is going to be.
So we left and came to one of our favorite BBW in chino hills.

Horrible experience with the host. I didn't get her name. It's a Monday at 2:50pm, she wears glasses and 2 ponytails. She was rude and not welcoming at all. This place is small, stuffy and desolate. We will go to rhe chinohills location instead, it's unfortunate because we live across the street. We asked for a booth and she said only tables were available because they weren't clean, the place wasn't even busy, maybe understaffed not sure. But with a bad attitude I rather go somewhere else where I feel welcomed, I want to enjoy a meal that im going to pay for with my family in peace

For a place that specializes in wings, the wing quality is terrible! This is particularly true for their all you can eat special.

The location is understaffed, and their are tables with dirty dishes that are never cleaned.

I don’t like write reviews but .We had the worst time ever we ordered some wings we had a party of 3 the waiter took the order they take 45 minutes bring our food she was taking care of the party in front of us they were bigger party they ate first and our food it was delay I will not recommend this place.
