My wings were over cooked. Smaller then usual!3/28/24 Wings were overcooked again! The fries were delish. That's about all I ate. Probably will not be returning here. Get it together BWW!!

Sometimes hiring young employees has a cost, especially when they are placed on the forefront before they are adequately prepared and trained. Employees are not owners and conducting yourself as so, is a turn-off.Management may want to educate their employees accordingly, we definitely do not appreciate cocky or smartalic remarks.

Everything was good as far as the food. Beer was a little flat and not cold enough. Bar needs to step up and catch up. We also had to wait way too long for beer. It’s not rocket science you’re just pouring beer.

Lots of employees and not one of them acknowledged me as I stood there forever just to pick up my order. Looked like I got kiddy meals or something with that small size. Way too expensive and food was bla. Don't waste your money!

The staff at this location are some of the nicest people ever! Love this location and will always come to eat here when I’m in the area, I really hope this location adds the new beatbox cocktail menu! Will be back very soon!

Today, my wife and I finished lunch at the restaurant. When we first sat down, we noticed the promo for blazing rewards members that on Tuesday’s traditional Wings are buy one get one FREE. We order, and when the check comes, it states that the wings were buy one get one 50% off. We asked our server over and explain that we didn’t get the promotion. She acknowledged and tried to correct it but was unable, to do so. She then said she would go ask to have her manager correct it. She came back and reported that the manager told her that it must be done in the Buffalo Wild Wings app for reward members for the promo to take effect. We tried this in front of her, and she tried it herself and acknowledged this did not work. After she goes back to her manager again and it doesn’t work we ask to speak to the manager. Bre/Bri approaches the table very rudely stating “if your app is not working I can’t help you”. ? Then proceeds to tell me if I don’t have any points in my account then it won’t work…I tell her your promotion card doesn’t state anything about either of those things. It states1. Must be a Blazing Rewards member2. Must be used for dine-in onlyBoth of those criteria were met. She still refused to change the pricing. I mentioned that the same issue occurred during December as members (myself included) were receiving emails saying BOGO FREE but the registers were only making them 50% off and the manager at that time was manually correcting them. Bre/Bri proceeded to me “well, you can’t expect us to do that every time”…yes, yes I can. If you don’t comply with the terms of your own promotions then you’re scamming people.Manager Bre/Bri then tells me to make a new account account if I wants the promotion so bad. Again, ?, and then she walks off. Our server, Kirsten, was visibly embarrassed. I scans the QR code on the promotional flyer and create a new account. Again, nothing about the promotion pops up. The manager refused to come back out to speak with us and refused to honor the promotional pricing. It may not be a lot of money to Bre/Bri, but to regular people it makes a difference if something is BOGO FREE or BOGO 50% off.The server, Kirsten, was very nice and apologetic but was unable to help. The manager Bre/Bri however,  does have the power to override and help. Disgraceful that she chooses to be rude to her customers or hide in the back when issues arise. If you have printed material on the tables then you should honor them.I am seething mad, not only at the money aspect, but at the customer service aspect. How gross, how demeaning to treat customers that way.

Rude, they give you wrong information over the phone, and they have no customer service skills.As an owner of a restaurant, this behavior it unacceptable. Your employees really do not care about Buffalo Wild Wings.

My family went last Saturday and the server was not very happy. She did not smile. She acted like she hates her job and doesn't want to be there. I get people have bad days, but at least fake it. It was for a birthday celebration and she was a downer.

The Hostess Isabell was great she was able to accommodate me in the seating area I wanted. She also came to explain to me that the waitress is taking longer than usual because the other waitress had called off. I wish the waitress would have told me that. The food was good. The only time I waited for a while was to order.
