Food taste great here really like the place. Only problem is the servers are very cold and rude or maybe that’s just my experience each time I come in there’s a server named Stevie act like he’s in the military kind of guy and all I did was ask him about hot sauce and he’s like I thought I already told you that, a very cold voice like he’s your drill sergeant very negative attitude. You would think people in service jobs would be friendly maybe even smile a little bit here seem very cold about the food, but I’m not gonna come back here. Energy is very negative in this place!!!

Ran out of rice, tortillas and the girls didn’t answer our question!! We wait 45 mins!!!! Long line and the workers only worked the online orders. Must of been 15 people waiting.

I love the food at Cafe rio but this location has been consistently bad. My food is cold, items are missing, the double meat is less than the regular meat portion at other locations. I go within an hour of closing and I’m given brown guacamole. As much as I love the food, this location has never been good and I’ve stopped going. I’ve sent feedback each time through the QR code and each time I go back, nothing has changed.

I see this company tries to copy Chipotle but failed very badly. There is too much going on.

The store is dirty all over the place from the dining room through the back of the house.

First time and can say better then Chipotle hands down there are so many options to choose from!
Bowles, quesadillas, tacos to freaking wet burritos. I ordered a bowl with chicken asada along with the tortilla soup which was bomb. There variety of fresh drinks is a plus. Will come back! Shout out to the staff for being friendly and welcoming.

Normally we love Cafe Rio but I won’t be hurrying back here anytime soon. We got to this store about 30 minutes before closing last night and they were empty and chairs were up on tables, etc.. The 2 salads we ordered looked amazing (like normal) but were ruined bc they were drenched in so much lime or citric acid flavor that they were inedible. My daughter and I, who ordered the salads, could only take a couple bites of each and then we tossed them. I‘m wondering if they had prepared the lettuce to be stored overnight or something and then served it to us without rinsing? It was terrible…and we love lime…but this was way way too much. So like $30 in the trash bc of their error or a super bad new addition to the recipe. Bummer. Another family member ordered the burrito and said that it was good and some tacos were ordered by another couple family members one said her meat was not good…but I think that’s bc she is a giant Costa Vida fan and their sweet pork is just better than Cafe Rio‘s. Well—no dinner for two hungry travelers last night…but hopefully this comment will save someone else from that terrible sour overload that should not have been served to us.

Extremely disappointed! Very rude and disrespectful customer service! Isaac was so unprofessional. my work partner, and I went to get some lunch today and not only did Isaac lack eye contact but when my work partner asked him how his day was going he responded saying, “I am unable to give you the response you’re looking for because I’m busy!” as things escalated, my work partner, asked to speak with a manager, and she stood there and did nothing. I couldn’t even finish my food not to mention there was flies flying around throughout the café. We will be returning!

This is my beef bowl from Cafe Rio in Eastvale! This was my first time having Cafe Rio, and I’d remember seeing some of their logos around but I just never had the chance to try it out!!! We went right when they opened, so they didn’t have some meats ready yet, but I think I got a pretty solid choice with the beef! I actually downloaded the app and I was able to get a five dollar voucher which was nice! My total for my bowl was only $6.45, so slayyyy ? the meat was pretty good, it was a little basic in my opinion, but not superrr basic! There were some parts of the beef that were a bit burnt, but they gave me a pretty good portion of meat in my opinion because usually Chipotle would not give me this much meat in my bowl haha. I would say overall I would still pick Chipotle over this place because Chipotle has higher quality ingredients in my opinion, but Café Rio was still pretty good. The salsa verde was super delicious and honestly probably the best I have ever had anywhere on earth, which I liked a lot about this place! The workers were all very sweet and awesome!

I rated 2 because the soda station has mold where the ice dispenses. The customer service is amazing. But I'm concerned for the soda machine and how much more mold there is!!! Also paid 20.61 for nachos but it was basically just chips and shredded cheese.

The service and food was unsatisfactory. I asked for a wet burrito, and the worker had an attitude and refused to make it as requested. I then asked for a side of green sauce because the burrito was lacking in the sauce. They charged me $1.25 extra, saying their policy changed in April. Never coming back.
