The food is good. My daughter loves it here, but it is kinda on the expensive side. Also, I wish I knew what meat was free from preservatives since I have a sensitivity to it. I stopped eating here because i don't have this information.

Burritos,mostly rice and beans, theres barely enough meat ?,we gave it another chance to Cafe Rio here in Eastvale,CABut last time was poor quality food,this time was terrible food,nothing fresh,the food was cold,the two employees preparing the burritos they don't have idea how wrapped up burritos,and all those things plus each time prices are up,so for us no more Cafe Rio.That's why I'm gonna give one star this time because the dressing is the only thing that still is decent

I order here all the time on doordash and I love their sweet pork barbacoa. Better than chipotle imo. Although, theres been only a few tikes where the black beans were a little hard. Other than that, Ive had amazing customer service the last time I visited.

There is a new guy in-charge and boy does he have that place working excellent. The employees are cheerful and welcoming. That guy in-charge is awesome and coming back more.The food is fresh and delicious.

Boy oh boy when I tell you this was the worst customer service I've ever had I mean it, and it all comes from a tall lanky lightskin man with the thinning hair by the name Isaac. He's rude, he acts like he doesn't want to be there, and adds all these extra charges like who charges for cheese it's Mexican food. He roles his eyes when you speak to him and it looks like he doesn't respect his fellow coworkers I feel bad for them. I avoid coming in at the morning time I will turn right around if I see him working. Oh and that loud short lady in the back needs to be quiet, it sounds like she just likes to yell for fun.
