My personal favorite place for Italian.

My family and I (party of 5) just finished eating here. As soon as we entered we were greeted and taken to a table. A few moments passed and our server Marcelo introduced himself. He was charismatic and attentive which paired well to create an amazing family outing experience. The food also came out fast and was amazing. For an appetizer I recommend the mozzarella sticks and for after definitely Johnny's favorite pizza. Overall, I loved this place and will definitely be back!

I used to love coming to this place with my family, now it is a ghost town. The waitress who later said she was a manager pulled a bait and switch on us when we ordered the family meal and charged us $95 instead of $56… When we questioned the difference she said that she was the manager and that was the correct price. I would not have accepted that however my Dad took us out and he was paying and did not resist, so I let it go. The food was also mediocre at best even though we used to really enjoy it here. There are better places to go in Eastvale and we will almost certainly not be back.

We had a great time at Carinos. The food was fresh & hot. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that Blended Belini on the Happy Hour menu wasn't slushy. It was like drinking a glass of wine. The service was great, though. Would definitely come back. Hopefully, their machine is fixed by then.

Since our Rancho Cucamonga location closed, we have not been to Johnny Carino’s until now in
Eastvale. I think our server-Tony-was new. He didn’t know anything about the size of the takeout size of the lasagna. He said it’s half of the regular -I said what size is that? He said I don’t know and I said I don’t either. I ordered the Italian nachos like I always had in Rancho. Big chips on top/ hidden underneath were all pieces. I asked for sausage- he brought me chicken/ no flavor. My husband had his always/ chicken parm. Dried out/ should be melted cheese on it, there was none. We traveled from below Mt . Baldy..NEVER AGAIN,

OK, here is the thing I usually do not read reviews of a place. I am going to visit for the first time my wife read some reviews that were positive and negative with that being said I went with a totally complete open mind. let’s start with the atmosphere. It was very nice very clean and pretty darn cool, our server Marcelo was perfect. He was very personable very courteous, very polite and totally very helpful. We started with the toasted raviolis.(which is the reason I went for in the first place) they were great. My wife had the combo plate which was lasagna spaghetti and chicken Parm. The lasagna was outstanding. I just did the chicken Parm plate and it was delicious. My wife said something in the reviews about the sticky tables. Ours was sticky, but Marcello came and cleaned it, and it was still sticky. I talked to the manager Jessica. She told us the issue was the cleaning people use the wrong cleaning solution on the tables which caused this to happen and they are going to resolve that issue very soon so definitely if you like Italian food check this place out. It was delicious service was great so shop local, eat local and spend local. and by the way Jessica, the manager was very nice and very helpful. She was a really cool lady.

I couldn't give an honest opinion on their food or anything else because unfortunately my wife and I had to walk out when our waiter couldn't clean up table of the sticky and grime very disappointed for we used to enjoy eating at their Chino Hills location unfortunately they closed it down!

Excellent experience ordering 9 layer Lasagna through the website. It was ready on time as promised & the staff was very helpful and quick. There is a bar inside with drink/food specials & even side area that would work excellent for large parties.

Used to be a great place to go if you had large groups, but now apparently they charge extra for that so they expect you to pay more for food AND a place to sit !!! The restaurant business has become so arrogant post covid. Maybe it's fair that they should go out of business if they are that greedy.

The food was good, the service could have been better. We were over the charged on two separate checks. I don't think we will be going back anytime soon.

I really don't care for their menu, either they are understaffed or don't care patrons are waiting.
We had to flag waitstaff several times for minute requests.
