We eat there often, food is hood and so is the service.
Went on a Friday night, so busy as expected. Waited 45 minutes for server to take our order, decided to just leave instead of waiting longer for order to be taken. Don’t think was servers fault, probably just need more servers. Maybe will come back on a less busy day…

Can't believe I forgot to leave a review I went here for the second year in a row on Valentines Day it was so nice and comfortable inside. The staff was very warm, welcoming and friendly laughing with us when my boyfriend asked for a ridiculous amount of cheese. The food is also respectable and I look forward to coming back. And please keep the bread coming I love it.

I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo w/ chicken. It came full of pepper, which i did not expect. Not very good that way, too spicy. The bread at the beginning of the meal did not have the olive oil/garlic dip zip expected. When I asked about it, the young man said it usually comes w/ the bread but they were busy. So much for celebrating our 21st anniversay.

Here is an update on this location in response to my review to contact the manager at this location I tried multiple times without any luck. The general manager failed to contact me twice when my phone number and name was given. I even filled out the contact us online from corporate to contact me and no response. So as far as customer service from this company forget it it doesn't exist. Regarding my complaint I had met someone there to have dinner and it was it was a very unpleasant experience because I ordered the Johnny's combo which was fine but my guest ordered a large pizza which end up being raw twice. It very inconvenient to have my guest watch me eat my dinner while his was still being prepared. I ended up sharing some of my meal with my guest because I didn't want him to starve while I just sat there eating my meal. And again the second pizza that came out was worse than the first because the pizza dough was still raw. This is truly a really poor experience being a first-time diner at this restaurant. If I wanted poor service and food I should have gone to Olive garden. I will never come back to a Johnny carino's in my lifetime.
It’s a bit pricey but the food was worth it. My scale will thank me in the morning.

The table we sat at was filthy. I didn't want to touch the table. The two of us were sat at a circular booth which made it awkward to dine together, not mention the lighting was a little too low, couldn't read the menu very easily. We tried to make the best of it. The service was fine, though a little more attention could have made it better. The food was a little bland, though perhaps if we ordered something else it might have been better. I honestly don't plan on coming back; though we didn't like it, it might be to someone else's liking.

this is my second time coming to this restaurant. I had forgotten the first time I ended up very disappointed. I was hungry and came in a few days ago. The worst Caesar salad ever. Very old, bitter Romain lettuce I could not eat that salad. The chicken bites on my salad with mediocre. Very poor servings for the money. My soup was also extremely salty, minestrone. Never again. Maybe they can make some basic pizza?
