Very busy!!!! I waited for 20 minutes just to get plain bagels. I paid 8 dollars for an 8 oz tub of cream cheese and they didn't even give it to me. CHECK YOUR BAGS BEFORE LEAVING. Ill be trying out Phil's Coffee or the New Dunkin across the street.

nice clean place. people very helpful and cheerful. down side is limited seating inside. although there are outside seating but not pleasant when winds are blowing and air is cow smelling. also it would be nice if they have window roller shade. sun beating on you if you re lucky enough to get an indoor sitting.

I have tried to order in this place twice and my orders have been cancelled twice! I do understand the first time cause things can happen, but twice at the same time? If there's no support with the online orders just turn off the option and do make people order their food and then cancelled.

My only complaint is the seating situation but then against, it is a popular place so seats are naturally hard to find.
Truthfully the service was great and I loved the atmosphere. Unfortunately, I did find a hair in the bag my food was provided in. I do understand things happen. I also feel like this could have been further prevented if the baristas were dressed according to proper health code which is hair nets or hats.

Wow these bagels are amazingly delicious!! They are fluffy and flavorful! I’ve never tasted a bagel like this in any bagelry I’ve been to in California! There’s so many flavors to choose from. I had the garden bagel and my husband had the lox bagel. The coffee was really good too, surprisingly! The shop was clean and customer service was nice and helpful! Wonderful experience overall and would highly recommend this place if you love bagels!

The food and coffee are great! Highly recommend the Desi its delicious. They offer coffee specials which are just as good. It’s busy and indoor seating is limited. The line often is out the door and on a cold day its tough to eat at the establishment.

I stopped in and ordered a bagel, bagel balls, and two coffees — the 521 and the 421. After sitting down to eat, I tried both coffees and didn’t like the 421 at all. I politely asked if they could swap it out for another 521 (which I actually enjoyed), but the staff told me the coffee was too expensive to replace.
I found that response really disappointing and a clear sign of poor customer service. The bagels themselves were just average — nothing special. Overall, the experience left a bad impression. If you’re not completely satisfied here, you’ll likely leave even more unsatisfied.
