The food and coffee are great! Highly recommend the Desi its delicious. They offer coffee specials which are just as good. It’s busy and indoor seating is limited. The line often is out the door and on a cold day its tough to eat at the establishment.

I stopped in and ordered a bagel, bagel balls, and two coffees — the 521 and the 421. After sitting down to eat, I tried both coffees and didn’t like the 421 at all. I politely asked if they could swap it out for another 521 (which I actually enjoyed), but the staff told me the coffee was too expensive to replace.
I found that response really disappointing and a clear sign of poor customer service. The bagels themselves were just average — nothing special. Overall, the experience left a bad impression. If you’re not completely satisfied here, you’ll likely leave even more unsatisfied.

Ok, so the first time we came here it was good. This time nope. Old lettuce , bagel was dry from lack of spread. Wasn’t great. ALSO please do something about the flies coming into the store. Bagels either need to be covered or doors need to stay closed so the flies don’t go in the establishment. Everyone is nice, but maybe not everyone should be placed in live to prepare orders.

We go here frequently for the bagel sandwiches. We get the Joe’s special and it’s always a great option. I build my own, with egg, cheddar, ham and jalapeño cheese bagel (add cream cheese). The jalapeño cheese bagel is our favorite; it was sold out one time and we opted for the Parmesan bagel, our second favorite for the sandwiches. We understand if they get sold it, they’re a cafe that isn’t open all day and the bagels are homemade so of course it’s understandable.
We’ve tried the 4-2-1 and it has a sweet vanilla flavor, but not too sweet. I love the iced matcha latte, and you can add strawberry or other flavors to it. We enjoyed the waffles, they were soft and the berry toppings were so good.
We’ve gone different times in the late morning/early afternoon. It can get busy at times, it just depends, but the service is always good. We usually order to go and we don’t wait very long. Overall we really enjoy Cassidy’s, we love the bagel sandwiches and the drinks.

Best breakfast bagel sandwich i have ever tasted. Right combo of egg, bacon, jalapeño cream cheese ~ on a big bagel of your choice. Staff is super friendly and the café is cute and very clean.
This place is the real deal. Bagels & food are seriously great, staff is very friendly and welcoming, place is spotless clean, and reasonably priced. Will be back, keep up the good work

Been here twice, and both times the food was meh. We’ve ordered breakfast and lunch sandwiches to try a mix of different things. Pastrami flavor wasn’t very good. Even their bagels are just ok imo. We’ve had bacon and sausage breakfast sandwiches, both on diff bagels. I was really hoping it was going to be a good breakfast spot. Kind of a let down. :/ 2 stars cuz the place is clean and nice inside. Staff was friendly and service was good.
