So I've been waiting on posting this review because I wanted to go a couple of times and see if this place would improve in the customer service and the consistency of their bagels. So I've gone about five times, and the first couple of visits, the bagels were prepared nice and neat, and then they became sloppy and poorly made. There's a young lady that works there that has nails so long that she can't even properly prepare the bagel, so you get cream cheese just smeared all over the bag the bag. Or you get a bagel that tastes like the burnt everything bagel from the previous order. I've addressed both matters. Nothing's changed. I went this morning, and the whole place smells like a burnt bagel they're using one toaster to prepare multiple bagels, so that's the problem. Invest in another toaster and clean the one you currently have. When you spend quite a bit of your money and they can't prepare their items properly, it's not worth me going back.I had high hopes for this place

Got a latte to go. The lid did not fit the cup and it leaked so much coffee in my car. It was also so hot it burned my hand when it leaked all over me too. Ended up throwing it away because it was making such a mess. So disappointing. I got a to-go cup for a reason and I couldn’t even take it anywhere.

I really wanted to love this place but was sadly disappointed. I tried the Desi sandwich, featuring egg whites, bacon, avocado, jalapeño cream cheese, and lemon pepper on a hollowed-out bagel. The flavors were bold and satisfying, with the jalapeño cream cheese adding a nice kick. However, the sandwich was on the salty side, with the bacon and lemon pepper amplifying the saltiness. While the ingredients were fresh and the hollowed bagel was light, the saltiness overshadowed the overall experience.

First time customer review: Bagels are LARGE, equally dense, and have good flavor throughout. Pros: Variety, from plain sourdough to red-velvet, they have you covered. Size, if you’re taking these to go, better have a large format toaster or you’ll be dragging out the toaster oven! Con’s: Consistency, they are very heavy, a dense bite. I prefer a less doughy bite, easier to toast up. Without throwing shade, they feel more like the texture you find in a grocery store’s bagel-bin. That is purely my interpretation of the bagels my family received. The place on Saturday is packed, so many people like them. Cost, I paid $35 for a dozen varietal and one tub of Veggie cream cheese. Which by the way has a bit of a kick! We did not care for it and wouldn’t get again. Just saying, these our our taste buds and yours may appreciate the heat in the morning :)

This place is GREAT and EXACTLY what Eastvale needs to break the chain of mediocre quality, cookie cutter, franchise eateries we have all been literally begging for. The fresh bagels were a bit nostalgic for me and reminiscent of what you might find in a big city as a breakfast option...not to mention flavorful and HUGE! Nothing like you would get from buying at Starbucks or a "grocery store". I also had an iced coffee...rich and tasty (also not like Starbucks or a "grocery store". Also, contrary to some of the negative comments in another review, I found the fact that they actually run out of them (the bagels) speaks volumes to the quality and commitment to freshness. In other words...if they "run out of bagels" it is a GOOD thing! The atmosphere is laid back and modern and the location is off the beaten path, so it is great for a quick relaxing meal or snack option away from the crowds and traffic that exists in most other Eastvale retail spots. Honorable mention...the "bagel bombs" are also another item I would recommend. I will be trying the lunch options in the near future as well. Well done so far and we hope this location exists in Eastvale for years to come!

Very happy to see that we are getting a place with amazing bagels in the area. We love the variety that Cassidys Corner Cafe has to offer; my favorite is the Joe's Special (Bacon, egg, cheese with jalapeño cream cheese and lemon pepper) with the asiago cheese bagel; the jalapeno cream cheese is amazing (not spicy or overpowering). The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is a long line during the weekends, but it's definitely worth the wait.
