Chat Tea Cafe - Eastvale

The milk tea drinks added a lot of flavor and were reasonably priced. The rice with vegetables and meat was very small, and I added about $3 for a small box of braised pork. I was a little disappointed.

Coffee, snacks, and vibes? This cafe has it all. Good drinks and tasty popcorn chicken and onigiri. The rice balls are enormous and stuffed with fillings. The fried snacks were crispy and well-portioned too! Can't go wrong with any of the coffee drinks. A good place to stop by for a quick bite or hang out with friends!

Very small portion.....ordered the udon with shrimp and they gave it to me in a plastic cup...still hungry I guess I'll go to carls jr..

Regular here. I ordered a Thai tea, and a woman came in after me and ordered… but then two girls walked in and ordered 2 Thai teas. The guy gave the two girls their Thai teas first and I had been waiting a decent amount of time. I’d like this addressed. So I have to wait 10-15 minutes for my stuff while two girls get priority? They were in and out in less than 5 minutes. I usually enjoy my time here and this experience rubbed me the wrong way. When I raised concerns the guy behind the counter chuckled and said he’ll pass that information down. That’s so rude and condescending.

My go to order here is a plain curry rice combo with a mango green tea. And their curry rice is so addicting that I could literally eat like 3 of them

If I get around to trying this place again, hopefully I'll be able to give a better review.This was my first time there, and the place seemed very nice. However, the server I spoke with needs to learn how to communicate with customers.I asked about getting almond milk in my tea, and he explained that I can only get non-dairy creamer base in that particular item. I asked what the non-dairy creamer was specifically, and in a condescending tone the server simply repeated the exact same words, "it's a non-dairy creamer base that we add to all of our milk teas..." etc.I said that this doesn't tell me what it is, and asked again, "what is it?" This time the server exclaimed, "you don't know what CoffeeMate creamer is?!"First of all, this was the first time the words "CoffeeMate" had been uttered. And second, it was an inappropriate reaction to my simply asking for clarification of what product I would be putting into my body. I told the server, "you are being rude, good bye," and left.
