Horrible experience with a member in the drive through lane. I got in the wrong lane, there was no cars on the other side and she said I had to go around to take the order of place on the mobile app. Thank she came to me and told me she could take the order after saying she couldn’t take the order when there was no cars on the other side to begin with ?

As a Chick-Fil-A One Signature Member I've come to expect a certain kind of Gold Standard 🥇 within the Chick Fila Family. I've conversated and vocalized my experiences with dozens of staff members across the country to help them streamline "The Line".
This particular location is new to the area and based off of my recent experiences within the past 2 Months you can expect the quality & order accuracy to be OFF. So don't forget to Always Double Check Your Order Before Leaving 🤦♂️
With the young management operating at this particular location you can clearly tell they become overwhelmed and are undertrained to help alleviate the drive thru from backing up. It's something that I've learned across the years is that the new locations put a little bit more patience into just allowing the staff to fix and iron out any kinks that the staff are currently dealing with. I just ask at the same time the staff hold themselves accountable on their part when mistakes are made. 🤦♂️
Especially when your bringing up order concerns at the Drive Thru Window on a busy day. My particular advice for this location is for management to continue to Train and Educate their Staff especially when mixing Standard & Catering orders together. So I'm sure that this particular location will earn that Gold Standard eventually, but at this current time I just can't say they've earned that in My Book just yet. 🥈

Let me start by saying that if I go to a drive thru and I order 2 sandwiches and a coffee, I should not be parked to wait. I understand that the workers have a metric, but ultimately this is lying and you're asking me to be an accomplice in deceiving your employers and corporate owners. Stop doing this altogether, unless it is a very large order!
Now, with that said, did you all know that you can add egg and cheese to your chicken biscuit? Yeah, that's a thing. And it's amazing. Now, if you're really brave, add a slice of tomato, and now you have ordered the Chick-fil-A biscuit that my grandfather and I used to have together when I was a kid on Saturday mornings.
I have to admit that I haven't tried much else on the menu. The chicken sando of course, and it's good. Sue me, I know what I love.
What can you say it is the best chicken and on a biscuit for breakfast it was great I've never been disappointed at Chick-fil-A in either food or service top notch place.
