Poor management. Visited the store on Sunday 4/21/24 at 3:30 pm and left after being in line for 15 minutes. There were still customers in front of me.There were only 2 employees.

We decided to give Cold Stone Creamery a second chance after it was more than five years since the last time we ate it. We tried the Jello Banana Pudding ice cream with waffles, fresh banana pieces, whipped cream and Nilla wafer cookies and...Oh my god... It's so magnificent even though I'm not a fan of banana pudding! It's worth the price! We'll be coming back to another location in Corona!

I rarely come here but there was a young black kid who assisted me and my family tonight and he was so sweet. I didn't get his name but I think I saw his name was jonathan on the register. Very respectful and pleasant young man. We need more people like him in the workforce. Thank you!

I was able to place an order online for the dark chocolate peppermint but decided to go in instead. I called before I left because I wanted to make sure they didn't run out, but no one answered. When I arrived I did not see the dark chocolate peppermint in the case. I told the kid working that it lets me order online and maybe they have the flavor available in the back or something?? He made me aware that there are a lot of flavors online that are not actually available. I was annoyed having driven all this way. I live less than a mile from the cold stone on main st. in Corona. I only came to Eastvale to get the dark chocolate peppermint flavor.

Love the Boo Batter! Those that know me know I love Cold Stone for their Cake Batter ice cream. The Halloween flare added some fun to my go-to dessert. Thank you for the Friday treat boys!

Here on a Monday and luckily, it wasn't very busy. I was the only customer there at first and then about six customers came after but they all came minutes after one another so no one was having to wait in a long line. With a business like this though, I think it requires some understanding as to why it may feel like a long wait (and it's not easy working with ice cream). The place is clean and the two staff there were friendly and efficient. I do have my bias against cold stone and have avoided it, especially seeing the reviews, but to be fair, the ice cream was good and service was friendly and efficient and nothing beats the feeling of seeing your child happy. Price these days are all crazy so I'm not going to complain about that. For two small ice creams it came out to almost $14 for reference. I'm glad I came after all as I'm sure I will be back to get our ice cream fix taken care of.

Stopped in on a Sunday around 6pm for an ice cream cake. The refrigerator had about 10 cakes available. Their selection was limited. About three of the cakes looked like they had melted as they were noticeably tilting. We bought one anyway. It happened to be the "oldest" one in the case. I asked if it could be reduced in price but I was told no. The cake was fine and tasted good. The price was kinda steep but I did not have to make it. There was a HUGE line but the employees helped us and we did not have to wait in line which was a plus.

Hispanic dude working 8 o clock shift very rude and lazy. Not wearing a name tag. Saw a huge line and hid in the back. Left the other guy doing the work. Came back out and was being rude and sarcastic. Pretended to clean. Finally decided to prep some ice cream. The other guy on the shift was very nice and pleasant and working hard.
Slow very pricey and the help is soooo slow !Probably won't be back.They had 2 people working and only one was serving with a long line of people.

It's hard to mess up ice cream, so I gave two stars for the product being a sugary creamy substance. Good job. You performed the bare minimum. The line moves so slow my child was aging in front of me. The lack of enthusiasm from the employees reminded me of a skid row soup kitchen in mid may. Guys, this isn't a charity, none of us in the line are meth addicted and un-showered......hurry it up. Lastly, no one has on a freakin hair net and everyone they hire has a minimum of 12 inches of hair. I'm serious all of them, male, female, undecided and non- desirous. Everyone has twelve inches of pony tail and no hair net. Get it together coldstone, you are starting to look like dairy queen.

Our family has always enjoyed cold stone ice cream cakes. I Just picked up a mint chip ice cream cake for my son's birthday. However, the cake tasted it had been in the freezer for a long time. I hope this was just an isolated case. But, please make sure the quality of your products remain acceptable.

RIP OFF!!! 30 FOR 3 SMALL STRAWBERRY SHAKES! And they charged us for a add in when we should have gotten one free and we didn't get any! Ridiculous wait and service just to be ripped off!
