WORST PIZZA STORE.BAD MANGMENT. DO NOT ORDER.
I always order veggie pizza and they keep on putting ham on my pizza . When I complained , the manager didn't agree and told me to take pictures. When they did the same mistake again , I took the Picture and showed it to her . She was not ready to accept it. And again third time when I went to pick up my veggie pizza , there was chicken on it . I showed her right away and then she kept quit.

Pizza was ready for pick up very fast, about 10-15min. The only downside, were the 2 employees that were there. Ignored me until what seemed like they felt like it.

Ordered through the app and requested for it to be delivered to my car. Had my hazards on and everything meanwhile, other cars with theirs on were getting their food taken to their car. I waited for an entire squid game’s episode(I decided to catch up on the latest season while I wait) before I decided to get out my car and just get it. I’m thinking, “maybe they screwed up and are making a new pizza” or whatever, no. My pizza and wings were just sitting on the tray the entire time. You mean to tell me none of y’all couldn’t just bring it to my car!? What’s the point of having that option if I have to get out my car to get it!? Do better!!

Great customer service, I only had cash, and the offers for 3 medium pizzas but it was over 30$ which will be card, domino's helped me by keeping it under 30 and was able to pay cash and tipped the driver, excellent on working with me.

I am beyond furious with the experience I had at Domino’s Eastvale Location — hands down the worst I’ve ever had, and honestly, I’m still shocked at how poorly it was handled. I ordered two pizzas: one medium hand-tossed with garlic parmesan sauce, premium chicken, and black olives, and the other with marinara sauce, chicken, and black olives. Sounds simple enough, right? But when I got home, I was absolutely appalled by what I found.
The garlic parmesan pizza was a disaster. A quarter of it didn’t even have cheese on it — just dry, swollen dough — and to top it off, there was no chicken at all. Instead, it was mushrooms. I didn’t order mushrooms. My kids were the ones who noticed and complained, which is unacceptable on its own.
So what do I have to do? Drive all the way back to the store to get this fixed. And you’d think, after clearly screwing up the order, someone at Domino’s would apologize and fix the mistake without question. But no — instead, some guy at the store starts nitpicking that the pizza had a slice missing (because a child had removed it, obviously — I didn’t think I had to bring that detail into a pizza return process). Because of that, he says he can’t replace it. Excuse me?
I tell him it’s their mistake and they need to correct it. He reluctantly offers me a “credit for next time” — but I didn’t come back for a future promise. I came back for the correct pizza that I paid for. I refused the credit and insisted on a replacement. After waiting 15 minutes, he finally gives me a new pizza but has the nerve to tell me this is the “last time” he’ll do it and that next time, I won’t get a replacement.
Are you kidding me?
I brought back a wrongly made pizza, and instead of apologizing or showing any kind of customer service, this guy talks to me like he’s doing me a favor. Absolutely outrageous. I even took a picture of the pizza, which I’m happy to share if someone at Domino’s cares enough to reach out.
But I won’t be silent about this — I’m posting this on social media and tagging Domino’s. Something needs to be done. Domino’s claims to care about customer satisfaction — well, prove it. Because this experience was pathetic and completely unacceptable.

The stuffed permesan is the real deal. The wings aren't. I had already known that, but I bought them and made a poor choice and ordered it anyways.

If I could give no stars I would. Worst experience ever, worst of all, I complained to their corporate platform and have not heard back and no effort to resolve. Glad there's plenty of other pizza options nearby. Will never go here again.

I recently had a frustrating experience at Domino’s that I feel compelled to share. I was eager to use a coupon that advertised unlimited toppings for a set price, which seemed like a fantastic deal. After browsing their menu, I decided to order a pizza featuring two types of meat—chicken and philly steak—along with a mix of fresh vegetables, including bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms.
When my order finally arrived, I was excited to dig in, but my enthusiasm quickly faded. As I opened the box, I was greeted by a pizza that looked rather sparse. It appeared that they had just lightly sprinkled a few pieces of each topping on the surface. There were only a handful of vegetables scattered across the pizza, and the meat were almost nonexistent; I could hardly spot them among the sauce and crust.
To be honest, it felt more like a plain cheese pizza with a hint of flavor rather than the hearty, loaded pizza I had imagined. Instead of being filled with a delicious combination of toppings, I found myself mostly eating bread and sauce. I couldn’t help but wonder about the purpose of offering such enticing coupons to attract customers if they weren’t going to fulfill the promises made. I left the experience feeling disappointed and unsatisfied with my meal. It’s really disheartening to anticipate a treat only to be let down in the end.

We placed an online this evening. The Pizza order totaled over $100, including the tip. Upon delivery, we found that the soda and the four packs of ranch we ordered were missing.
When we called to report this issue, we were placed on hold for over an hour. During this time, we contacted another representative who informed us that we would need to be placed back on hold. Currently, we have been holding on two separate phones, waiting to speak with a manager or supervisor. The automated recording has been providing inconsistent updates, alternating between indicating we are the first caller in line, then the tenth, and giving fluctuating estimated wait times ranging from two to fourteen minutes.
This has been the worst customer service experience we have encountered, and we will be contacting corporate to address this matter further.

Horribly acting individual picked up a phone at 11:15 am on February 19th and was treating my husband like trash over $10.
We ordered two pizzas from this place (embarrassingly skimpy on the on the ingredients, barely any tomato sauce) and I regret giving them my business.
We placed a take out order for two pizzas. And the third order we placed with our trusted location on the way home. While placing an order the system glitched and when reset it reset to the location we placed an order previously (which is the dreaded Limonite location).
It was right before 10 pm and no one would pick up the phone at the location.
My husband called the next morning to see if he can get refund or remake on the pizza and the guy was a total jerk. This guy for 10 minutes was keep questioning my husband about the phone number it was placed under eventhough my husband offered the order number to look it up. Then this guy then went on busting my husband's chops telling him "you are not making any sense" when my husband was explaining to him how mistake happened.
My husband is disabled, survivor of a deadly adrenal tumor. He is not supposed to be stressed and you treat him like trash over $10 pizza?
All I've got to say is God is watching. And you will get what is due sooner or later for treating people like trash.

I've had it with this location. Every time I visit, there are only three people working, making it incredibly slow—expect to wait at least 30 minutes for your pizza. I understand that a short-staffed store will have slow service, but this is beyond frustrating.
Last time I ordered around 9 PM and after waiting 40 minutes, they gave me the wrong pizza. I specifically asked for a veggie pizza and received one with meat instead. By the time I got home, I was furious to find out they messed up my order. I had to go all the way back to the store to get the right pizza, and by then, we were really hungry.
What’s worse, the owner or manager couldn’t care less about their service or reviews because this is the only location in Eastvale. Their arrogance and indifference to customer feedback are astounding.
One star is too generous for such poor service.
They don’t answer your calls.
