The last 3 times I’ve been there I have come home with 1 or 2 pizzas out of the 4 I order uncut. Like no lines just straight round uncut pizzas. The others are not cut all the way thru so when you try and grab a slice it breaks apart.

The worst experience ever at this location (store 3373). Leticia (manager) was extremely rude. I got a confirmation on the tracker that the order was ready and when we arrived none of the pizzas were yet made. My family and I waited two hours. One of the other workers was trying to do the right thing and give us a free item. Leticia got extremely loud and rude with her employee. When we came to his defense explaining that he was in fact doing the right thing, she got rowdy and told my family and I that we had no business telling her how to run her Dominos. Another gentleman that works there which we found out is her son started cussing & getting loud. She refused to give us any information to report her. She then took it a step further and profiled me when making the comment and I quote, “It had to be a Latina gaining up on another Latina”. I have never got on Yelp or any other platform to rate someone else’s performance however, the behavior of that lady was on another level. Thank you to the other workers for apologizing on her behalf. Leticia’s character lacks professionalism and good morale.

No one was helping the customers, the pizza was 30 minutes later than it should have been. The store doesn't have the food grading on their store for whatever reason, and I saw one of the people drop their pizza cutter on the floor and pick it right back up to cut the pizza. This dominos is

Our local pizza spot ! Why it has such low ratings does baffle me, but I order from here regularly. This is just a one-stop shop, thus not your kocal sit down spot. The service has never been an issue nor the quality of the food ordered. It has always been fresh, warm, and cheesy !!! Who couldn't ask for more ?!

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I am warning you: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I have ordered three times and had issues every single time. Twice I ordered delivery and it took over two hours to receive my pizzas -- mind you, the location is 10min away from where I live. The third time I ordered, I tried to do carry out (since the delivery obviously has issues) but they called me after placing my orders and told me I used too many points so they weren't going to make my pizzas. I asked them to cancel the orders but they never actually processed the cancellation and still charged me. I had to literally call times just to get them to cancel my order and refund me for the pizzas they refused to make. Crazy. I would give zero stars if possible.

Not so great experience except for Maria. She was kind and compassionate and did what she could to assist customers during a crazy rush. I received my pizza an hour and a half later than the quoted time but it would’ve been even longer if Maria hadn’t stepped in to help me and other customers while her peer resorted to arguing with and ignoring customers. They were both dealt a tough hand with the amount of orders tonight and I appreciate how Maria conducted herself despite that.

The pizza I got looked like the pizza's we used to eat in the office when they were made wrong, just because it's a free pizza doesn't mean that it has to be bad. One of the slices didn't have crust, all of the slices had an orange hue underneath that they only get when they're left out for a while, and the cheese looked old. None of the other dominos are like this, even if it feels a bit dry after someone premakes the crust and leaves it around for a while, none of them are this bad. Just go to the Wingstop next door.

Pizza was boring and not nearly as good as other Dominoes locations. Pizza was delivered 30 mins after the requested time. Wouldn't recommend.
THEY NEVER WEAR GLOVES ! They will touch sanitizer or take out the trash and then do a 5 second wash with cold water and then put toppings on . I got sick the last 2 times I came

0 stars if I could . I placed my order do to low "demand on food " they cancelled my order . I was never informed still haven't received my money back . I tried calling multiple times that night and no one answered . I called back the fallowing day and dealt with the worst costumer service , the guy assumed I wanted something free even after he read out my order and told me they cancelled it due to high volume and low supply. Never again will I purchase from this store.

Poor management in this location. Poor employees take the heat from all the customers due to lack of hiring more employees. There is never a time where we have to wait longer than the actual given time when placing an order. With all the complaints this location has, I'm surprised there hasn't been a change in management.

The lady who answered the phone was very rude and very disrespectful, she even hung up, she asked if I wanted card or cash. I said cash and then after she said taht I can’t do cash the order has to be under 10 to do so well after delivery, tax and one item it’s gonna be over 15$ either way. She needs to be fired! Or talked to. Something this was not ok

Best dominos will drive out 20 minutes just to come here speed and service was amazing food was nice and hot the manager is so helpful !!!!
