The design of this drive-thru is a nightmare. Oder was repeated back (thank you for that). Unfortunately, drink was missing the dark chocolate asked for. Didn't have time to wait to have drink remade. Maybe next time it'll be correct

Absolute yummylious drinks !! The strawberry horchata chai is my to go, very chill place. Service from my personal experiences were amazing. In my honest opinion starbucks is second best to dutch, both have amazing drinks but the strawberry horchata chai is my goat. Although the service here is great the drive thru thing is kinda just like a tedious process, now I know they can't just change it but it's a tiny ity bity con to this location. Over all, just such a nice chill aesthetic-ly pleasing place !

My first time at Dutch Bros so I was really excited try this place out. I usually go to Starbucks for coffee and refreshers but got bored of the selection. I wasn't sure what to get and had to wait to see the menu but the girl taking orders assistanted me and my fiancé before we got to the menu stand. I wanted an ice coffee so I got the pumpkin brulee and my fiance got a galaxy fish (not sure why its called that) but I was happy with the small which was pretty big so worth the money for sure. So, my disappointment was how sweet both drinks were. The coffee didn't really taste like an ice coffee at all. More like a caramel frap. from Starbucks. It was super sweet. Couldn't drink much before I threw it out. My fiance also mentioned his blended lemonade refresher was also really sweet. I actually liked that one because it did have a sour after taste but 2 different drinks being the same sweetness makes me think all the drinks are over sweetened. I also didn't like the music. Didn't make it feel like a coffee shop or anything like that. I want to go to another location to see if there's a difference. I really want to like this company.
