Worth a try, if you’re willing to wait in the drive through line for 45 minutes or more. I bought the Picture Perfect. Tasted good, and they have a lot of options to choose from. Probably will go back again to try a new drink.

The staff were spectacular, but the wait time is unacceptable, we drove from pomona and waited an hour to recieve our 2 drinks. The set up is bad and it does not fall on the employees but on whoever designed it for that area...

Very unorganized. Sitting in 25 min line stuck. I’ll be sticking to Starbucks. Cars are leaving without their coffee because the line is taking forever. Only 1 girl taking orders and another came out telling her she’s doing it wrong. At least she’s trying.Parking: Horrible

Always make a stop here when visiting family because they don’t have them in LA. Waited over 30 min in the drive thru lane and gave my order (White Mocha Grasshopper), but the person taking my order corrected me and said I was ordering something else on the menu (Ninja). Even though that hasn’t been the case at any other Dutch Bros I’ve been to. When I get up to the window, I mention that I’m pretty sure they took my order wrong. They give me a drink that is green, that looks like it has no coffee in it al all. So I ask if there was coffee in it before I drove away and they confidently said yes. To be safe I park my car nearby and take a sip and of course it has no coffee. And I have to walk back to the store and explain to the person at the window what just happened, and they asked me why they gave me something completely different than what I wanted. I said I didn’t know, then had to wait another 10-15 minutes for my drink. Had to wait almost an hour to finally get what I correctly asked and paid for in the first place. Probably the worst experience I’ve had at any Dutch Bros location across both California and Arizona.

I went to this location on Friday night about an hour before closing, Larissa who was working shots was so quick, efficient, and sweet! She came out and personally gave me my drink, she is a wonderful employee and always makes my experience at this location a great one!
Coffee was actually good. Had my order the way I wanted it. Wait was 1 hour. The people directing traffic need to do better. First and last time coming here. Since there is no system I thought it was a 1 car go, 1 car wait before the pick up window and thought it was my turn, but apparently i cut off the other car. Either they need a green light /red light or person directing traffic before the window.

What makes Dutch Bros Coffee so popular is the great customer service. The employees work hard and still greet you with a smile on their face. The employee at the window was awesome. She was working on Saturday evening 3/2/24. Kudos to her! Friendly service the way it used to be. Even though the drive thru can be long and you’ll have to be very patient here, you can count on great service from the employees.
