This place should be shut down immediately. The service is horrible all around. The owner is a cheap ass who is always looking for ways to cut down on cost rather than providing food quality and good service that will guarantee customers coming back. Now selling McNuggets for boneless wings. Not offering customers their cup until their food is ready so they don't get ahead on the fountain drinks. Not offering customers their receipt unless they ask to cut down on paper cost. Owner is constantly calling her employees while they are at the register helping customers instead of allowing them to provide excellent customer service. Don't bother leaving a formal complaint and a phone number for a call back. Owner promises to call back and never does. Overpriced food. Not cooked thoroughly. Don't waste your time. Wing stop is across the street.

Horrible all around. Walked in and no greeting. One employee peeked at us from the kitchen and then proceeded to ignore us. Took me a second to realize you order at the one open self-service kiosk. Order a total of 10 wings, 3 tenders, 2 regular fries, and 2 fountain drinks. Total was over $37. At the end of ordering for myself, the machine asked me I wanted to leave a tip. Yeah for the great service and because $20/hr at a fast food place isn't enough already. Food tastes way over fired and greasy. Super messy as well. At the end of the meal, we (2 of us) were the only ones inside the restaurant. Keep in mind the places closed at 9 PM. We cleaned up our table and sat down to finish our drinks. The young guy working behind the counter said, "Excuse me. I have to ask you to leave. We are closing." I looked at my watch and it was an exactly 8:40 PM. Now I would never think of ordering that close to closing. We had ordered at exactly 8:05 well before closing. No way to run a business. Not worth the price. Food not good. Attitude and rudeness a plenty. Thanks for nothing.

Do not get me wrong I love fire wings but today was by far the worst order of wings I have ever received. I paid for extra crispy, extra seasoning and extra wet. My wings were ridiculously undercooked. My lemon pepper wings were under seasoned and pink after every bite. I literally had to re-cook my wings. The fire wings had good flavor but the chicken was pink after every bite. Also had to re-cook those wings. After being a long time customer I'm likely not to go back.

DO NOT GO HERE If I could do 0 stars I would. I used to enjoy going to fire wings due to the quality of chicken they serve. Boy was I in for a surprise during my last visit. I ordered 20 boneless wings and even paid $30 for them with the tip. ** Which is where I went wrong. I should've checked the order before leaving the store but alas** I opened the order once arriving to my kitchen & to my surprise, I was greeted with the most disrespectful looking pieces of chicken that I've ever seen someone try to pass as a "boneless wing". They served me CHICKEN MCNUGGETS in disguise!!! . A uniformed sized piece of meat covered with their house sauces that they charged me $27 for! Does this photo look familiar to anyone? Attn manager: I'm still awaiting your call that was promised DO NOT GO HERE

I'm surprised at how many bad reviews this place has! My friend and I came here earlier today and service was okay, but the food was so bomb. Wings were just the right amount of crispy and the hot fries we got weren't soggy at all. The wait was a bit longer than we expected, but the food made it worth it. I would definitely come back here.

Do not waste your hard earned money here. Over priced, dried over cooked wings. Dirty tables. Do not touch any surfaces all sticky from soda spills. I dont know how this place stays open. Maybe its used to launder money. Go to Wing Stop instead.

Food was decent a best. Serve was 3/10 and the prices are ridiculous for the portion. To top it off the they don't accept cash and they ask for a tip after you place your own order. Will not be returning

This was the busiest location I’ve ever been to. Small seating area and all the tables were filled. The cashier was super informative, welcoming and patient. He made sure we received everything we ordered. He kept updating us on the wait time. Amazing customer service! He made the place outstanding!

Despite the flavor being the same, the wings are nearly half the size they once were, feel like I'm getting ripped off when paying $100 for 60 pinky sized wings (see picture, every wing was this size)
