I went to this location around 7:00pm. I asked if my food could please be made fresh. After being asked to wait in the front, the order was still cold when brought to me. I went back and asked again for a fresh hash brown. The cashier grabbed the old one from me and placed it back on the rack to be served again. I requested to speak to the supervisor who was not available. They let me speak to another young lady who was confused and had no problem solving skills. I advised her of the health and safety hazard. Then they proceeded to speak Spanish and laughing. This is the worst customer service I’ve seen and unsanitary. Once I got home my hash brown looked as if they dropped it on the floor or something. It had all type of black spots on it so I was unable to eat. Very disappointed in the customer service here.

Bought the Gremlins midnight meal $14.00 as advertised. The picture on the drive thru shows a box in it 2 tacos a few chicken tenders, 3 onion rings and an overflowing curly fries and reg. Fries. What we got was a starved box. Looks like they counted the fries they had put in box. For the price they advertised $14 I think its a rip off. Plus the guy at the window drive thru didnt give our card back we had to ask him twice to give it back to us. It was just weird usually they would give your credit card as soon as it get approved. I dont know. Anyways JUST A REMINDER MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD back before driving off. (This was in midnight shift).

I had paid extra for onions the server here did not put onions in there and when I complained they said they have put it when I showed it to them they said that they can give the same on side .. well waht does a wrap mean and why did I pay extra

I always wait for the night crew because overtime is orfer I swear the food taste better anyway had a issues with drink being warm with no ice called talked to the manager vary nice gentleman he assured me he will refund me apologized great customer service thats why I order here at night almost every night thanks to the manager and to those who prepare my meals you guys do a amazing job

I ordered a chicken sandwich and the meat was so old that it even smell super bad. The French fries were cold. They have mess up my order before; but, I decided to give another chance and this time was worst.

For a fast food restaurant they by far have the BEST customer service. They didn't didn't rush you at the drive-thru. They got the order correct on the first time. They made sure everything was there in the order when handing it to you through the window. They were awesome!!!!

Kayla Avila at Eastvale Jack-in-the-Box on Schleisman was the most positive and helpful associate that I’ve ever met! They were crowded, they stayed open later, it was late. She was very positive and never lost her cool and it was a pleasant experience.

Consistently Inconsistent and Disappointing Experience. Nearly every time we’ve ordered, something has been missing fries, tacos, and burgers, you name it.
Today, I was told, “Oh, don’t forget the sweet and sour for the egg rolls,” so I assumed everything was there. Got home, and, of course, the *egg rolls* were the one thing missing. While that might be partially on me for not double checking, it speaks to a bigger issue: this has become a pattern.
At this point, customers shouldn’t have to be quality control. The store should be fixing this internally. I've even reached out to their corporate team, and they never responded.
Sadly, I may just have to bite the bullet and drive a little further for a different location if I want to enjoy Jack in the Box without the frustration.
