I go to this location exclusively. Food and service are usually excellent. Today, however, going through the drive-thru was a nightmare. Half of the menu was torn off of both signs, showing no combo meals, etc. I attempted to order The double bacon cheeseburger combo, since that's my usual and I have the combo number memorized. Girl on the speaker tells me they don't have that combo. I try the Sowerdough combo. She says they don't have that combo. Oh REALLY? When I ask what combos they DO have, have she says they don't. Ok. So who inside that drive-thru is playing games with me? I asked if they have ANY burgers to which she replies "You mean, like cheeseburgers or plain?". I left and didn't order. Whoever was running the drive-thru and the Manager on duty on 12/07/23 needs to be written up for Service. The menu outside needs to be replaced asap.

Unfortunately the food at this location has taken a turn for the worst. They never put the sauce or straws in the delivery bags, the drive through menu has been missing for months and nobody seams to care. You pay extra for ham in the ultimate breakfast sandwich sometimes you get it, sometimes you don't or sometimes it's one piece others it's two. Also they scare the drinks with ice lol there is literally like 20 pieces of ice in a large cup. Anyway it's safe to see this location going downhill like it is and I hope someone steps in and corrects all the issues before the close.

This is the best Jack in the box ever seriously. I work overnight and come here early usually 5am and get lunch items usually customized. I always feel bad for the workers but it's they always make the food perfect and are always super nice. I use mobile order and it's always really quick and easy. Appreciate you guys

I ordered some food for my kids on my app, went there picked up the food everything was fine but then once i open the food oh what a surprise, mini pancakes were hard as a rock good thing i bought two combos cuz there was no way my kids could eat those mini pancakes, usually never like to complain but today i feel like doing it just cuz it was my kiddos food.

Visited tonight and had a terrible experience. It was an uber eats pickup order with only three items; a chicken sandwich, one cheeseburger, and a large fry. I pull up to the drive-thru window and gave her my info. The girl told me to wait at one of the parking spots out front. Ok sure, turns out to be a 28-minute wait for some fast food. However, patience is a virtue, and my reward? The soggiest friest I have ever had and lukewarm sandwiches. Turns out the girl in the drive-thru told me that she would take my order out to me, however, I had to go back in to pick it up. The whole time it was sitting in the empty diner ready to be picked up but wasn't going to be brought to me like she said it was.Terrible place, WAY better off at other fast food places.
