Wait time is terrible , a few only dining but they can’t accommodate , less staff, a lot of tables are empty but they keep you wait more than 30 minutes. Very bad place to go

This is a very nice place, clean and well decorated. Probably a little hard to tell at night whether it's open since it looks dark from the outside. A little lightning outdoors would help make it clear that they're open. The food was good they have some really interesting toppings and options. The ramen has a good taste to it. They have a spicy ramen that can really satisfy anyone who craves spicy food. It goes from level one to five with five being the spiciest. The chasu cuts are pretty thick and satisfying. They have a lot of toppings to choose from. The service here was also really good. Take care of the staff when you come and try the place! If you have a ramen craving, this place will probably satisfy you. They also have some cocktails that they serve in case you want a nice drink with your ramen.

Great presentation and great flavor

Came here after sports tournament and left with a full belly and satisfied taste buds. Had the classic 2010 ramen, takoyaki, and the chashu bowl. Both the entries filled us up when we were hungry so that's a big win in my book. Will be back soon

Dannii was absolutely amazing, some of the best customer service I’ve ever had <3 so sweet. Also this was the best ramen I’ve had outside of Japan (maybe ever?)

I am shocked on how HOT it is inside Jinya in Eastvale. I went in with my family today on 10/2/2024 on a very hot day with a 106 degrees and inside the restaurant had to be in the 90s. We had to get up and leave because I was feeling sick with how hot it was inside. I’m actually saddened because the food is good there but the owner does not care enough or does not believe in turning the AC on inside the restaurant. That is unsafe for the staff and customers.

Great ramen place. Close to the convention center. Variety of menu options including 3 vegan ramens. Tons of toppings allowing one to customize their ramen. Delicious rice bowls. Tamago has perfect yolk consistency. Full bar with 12 beers on tap. Cheers!

At 12:32pm we walked into your restaurant. We were the only African American customers but nobody other than our server said welcome in. We did not receive a “irasshai”. For every other customer they said a loud “irasshai”. I came back to speak with the manager who said we do not discriminate here. The manager Judy immediately became defensive and said I wasn’t watching and her demeanor showed disinterest. Of course this is blatant denial of indirect discrimination. My brother and I are completely dissatisfied with your restaurant’s customer service and response to this incident.

We were always curious if this place was open because the windows were dark when we drive by.

But we stopped by last night and the dark windows are to keep the sun out. Once inside, we were surprised by the ambiance. The interior is beautiful. Lots of decorations and they did a wonderful job.

We were quickly seated and our server made a few suggestions. We placed our order and our food was quickly delivered.

Everything was delicious and we will be coming back.

The Ramon here is fire ?. Tried level 1 and level 5. 5 was pretty spicy. Personally probably won't go past that because I still want enjoy it. I had Pork Belly. Service was on point and very friendly. Definitely check this place out
