This has quickly become our favorite ramen spot in the area! They have many options for vegetarians and we are always seated quickly.

This place has gone downhill a bit. I used to come all the time, maybe once per month. Anyway, I've been traveling for work, and it's been over a year since I came back. I've been there 3 times in the past month.

1. I sat immediately and got served quickly, just like the old days. A lot of the servers aren't there anymore, and the new ones seem just as nice. Though, I did get carded for alcohol even though I’m old as s--t and have gray hair, which isn't flattering but annoying to have to pull out my wallet (which I usually leave in my car) and wait for the whole ID check ceremony.
2. I went in, and the place was fairly empty. I was asked to wait 15 minutes. I can't say why there was a wait, but it was already late, and I just wanted a bowl of ramen. I left and got Taco Bell instead.
3. I had a rough day, so I went back the next night. I sat down and was served my beer and gyoza for a quick snack and left, no ID check this time (different server). Not an especially notable experience. It was quiet and empty again.

Each time, my food wasn't as hot as it used to be. I’m not sure if they changed something in the kitchen, but it used to be as hot as a cup of coffee, and now it's just above lukewarm.

I know times change, and what was once new becomes old, but something just doesn't feel right. The staff isn't as friendly as they used to be, the place is more empty, the service is still quick, and the 15-min wait was a bit odd.

And these were weekends, like Fridays and Saturdays, not Tuesday or something. I hope this place turns around and picks up the vibe again, but right now it's just not how it used to be, so take this as a concerned fan of Ramen and your establishment with fond memories.

There are a lot of places that serve chicken with a lot of fat and I'm not a fan of that. JINYA serves their chicken in nice proportion breast slices. No fat at all. The ramen is delicious and has a nice ambiance atmosphere, especially for a date night or a casual lunch or dinner. Definitely a good place to eat.

Why haven't I known about this place?! Im always looking for vegan options near me but they are few and far between. So happy this place showed up on my Happy Cow search! The ambiance is casual but cool and feels like the start to a fun night out. The girls who greeted us tonight and our server were so friendly and attentive. She took the time to explain several menu items to us and seemed very knowledgeable about both the vegan and non-vegan dishes. Our drinks arrived quickly. They were delicious and so perfectly balanced. We started with the Impossible buns and each had a bowl of ramen. The portions were so generous I bought some of mine home!
Overall fantastic experience, looking forward to coming back.
Store owner, if you're reading this, please, please provide a vegan dessert. Us vegan girlies love sweets too!

I got the rice noodles for the ramen and they were short noodles, but it doesn’t specify that on the menu. The flavor of the ramen tasted a bit fishy although I purchased the chicken. Also I got the spicy and it was more on the sweet side. Not worth it for the price. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Ramen. Not good at all. I paid $28 for nothing, I took a couple bites and then couldn’t bare to eat the rest of it, very disappointed.

Come on jun 4, Wednesday 9pm
We came and i saw that the restaurant is pretty slow.
She asked us that we need to wait for 10-15 minutes . At first, i feel confused because there is a lot of empty table but we still need to wait. I still trying to be patient

I saw the queue line that there is 2 people and 1 person that not been sitting . I feel confused when she said that they don’t have enough employees.
After that we have been sitting 9.08 and i order 2 water , crispy chicken , tonkotsu ramen black, and spicy chicken ramen. The crispy chicken come at 9.15 and the ramens come at 9.43 pm. Hm… for me i used to come to this restaurant for many times and today i need to wait almost 30 minutes just for ramens. It’s not even busy. He just got 5 tables and some to go.

I saw the other tables, their food comes slow as well.
What makes me frustrated that they don’t serve spoon on the table too. I need to ask the spoon.

Overall, i saw 3 ladies and 2 men working on the restaurant. I feel some disappointment today. I used to came here and everything is so excellent and fast.
I finish my whole bowl, but to be honest, their ramen broth is not even Hot . I don’t even know how they serve it.

Tekstur of the noodle is too firm, maybe they didn’t cook it well or they leave for along time before serving to my table. Crispy chicken is good. However, the tonkotsu ( meat) tastes weird.

Maybe this is my last come! What a disappointment for ramen that price around 18$ with what i get !

JINYA Ramen Bar in Eastvale is a popular ramen restaurant. The menu provides numerous options for customizing your bowl, and the ingredients are generally fresh. However, due to its popularity, expect potential wait times, especially during evenings and weekends. The noise level can also be high. While it may not be the most intimate dining experience, JINYA is a convenient choice for ramen in Eastvale

I've ordered from Door dash and enjoy the food. Every visit to this place is horrible and the last visit we walked out. Worst servers, don't acknowledge your presence, unhappy looking, attitude. Came in on a Tuesday evening. Nobody acknowledged our entrance. There were only 3 tables occupied. We sat at the bar and still nobody said anything. One girl came out and set up silverware on tables so we asked her if she could help and she said no. We finally saw a waitress come out and asked her if she could help and she said she would be there that she was by herself. Very inefficient, very unfriendly and will not return. There's another ramen spot down Hamner so will take my business there.

This is a very nice place, clean and well decorated. Probably a little hard to tell at night whether it's open since it looks dark from the outside. A little lightning outdoors would help make it clear that they're open. The food was good they have some really interesting toppings and options. The ramen has a good taste to it. They have a spicy ramen that can really satisfy anyone who craves spicy food. It goes from level one to five with five being the spiciest. The chasu cuts are pretty thick and satisfying. They have a lot of toppings to choose from. The service here was also really good. Take care of the staff when you come and try the place! If you have a ramen craving, this place will probably satisfy you. They also have some cocktails that they serve in case you want a nice drink with your ramen.

Great presentation and great flavor

Came here after sports tournament and left with a full belly and satisfied taste buds. Had the classic 2010 ramen, takoyaki, and the chashu bowl. Both the entries filled us up when we were hungry so that's a big win in my book. Will be back soon

Dannii was absolutely amazing, some of the best customer service I’ve ever had <3 so sweet. Also this was the best ramen I’ve had outside of Japan (maybe ever?)
