Klatch Coffee - Eastvale Sprouts

I don’t ever leave negative reviews but this Klatch inside Sprouts consistently disappoints me. And I loveeeeee Klatch! Every Klatch I go to has theeeeee best coffee, the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff, and an amazing atmosphere. However, this Klatch inside Sprouts in Eastvale hires extremely young people who know nothing about coffee and don’t care at all. I’ve had not 1, not 2, but 3 horrible drinks there. One time my drink was so bad, I asked of another one, and it was worse. I just gave up. Last week, I went 20 minutes before they were about to close. I was waiting in line for 18 minutes and 2 minutes to close the kid said he couldn’t take my order. Wish he had told me 18 minutes ago before I waited in line. And correct me if I’m wrong. As someone who worked in the service industry for 15 years, you take the orders of people who were there before your closing time and then close. But he didn’t care. He wanted to get home. Honestly, I’m so sad because I love klatch, & this is the closest Klatch to me but I can’t take the risk again. Klatch, I hope you keep your good name and look into your staff inside Sprouts even just a little bit. I’d rather go to Starbucks and I HATE STARBUCKS. ok. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

Been here a few times and have been met with the young guy probably about 18-20 he has such a stank face doesn’t look to be happy when dealing with a customer, today he had a odd question for the crème brûlée asked if I wanted it iced? Is it not normally??? Last time I was there he asked if I wanted it with half and half? Is it not usually??? My whole remark is for him to understand unless I want a specific alteration from the normal drink I’d just say so

Over extracted espresso pull. Iced vanilla latte was bitter. Need to focus on correct pulling of the shots.

Every single worker at this location is beyond amazing. They great me with a smile and already know my order before I say anything. They're always in a good mood even when it gets busy (which it does often) . I drive about 20minutes out of my way to go see them because their service and matcha is just the best (:

I love having such a close Klatch to me! Went in for an iced matcha and had the best experience thanks to Mario and his crew! They were super nice and friendly, I didn’t wait too long either! 10/10!!

The baristas are so nice and professional. I tried the crème brûlée iced latte while shopping at Sprouts, and wow! It was amazing and now one of my favorite lattes I’ve had. Thinking about it, I might go get one now! So good!

They need to hire more people takes too long to get your order because too many orders for a few employees.

Love love love this specific Klatch! I’ve tried the one in chino hills, but this one is so much better!! From the taste of the coffee to the amazing customer service there! Dani, and Kea are my fave people there!!!

First of all, I love their coffee. Today I went in and they only had one person working. The poor guy was trying his best to do it all but it was all too much for one person. One person on a Friday morning is crazy and poor management. Shout out to the one guy working who really deserves to be paid more for all the stress and work he was putting in. I waited a total of 30 ish minutes and I was only second in line.

Even though it’s a smaller location they are very consistent with their flavors. Creme brûlée latte is usually our go to!
