The pizza sucks and service sucks here. They're always so busy so I can understand service, but the quality here is awful and the pizza we got today had zero flavor in the sauce or the crust. Prices go up quality goes down. I only come because my girlfriend forces me too but we will not ever be coming back after this experience. You can literally get domino's for the same price. They also lost my order and got it wrong after I waited an hour for my hot and ready pizza

Absolute WORST place to order pizza from.I ordered my pizza at 6pm, it says that it’ll be ready at 6:34 so I get there at 6:45 and they say “10 more minutes”. So I wait 30 more minutes for them to tell me that they’re refunding me because they lost my pizza when everyone else was getting their pizza.This is the worst experience that I’ve had in my whole. This place needs new management and new workers, PERIOD.

I ordered pizza over the weekend. We wanted to try the new puffs they're promoting. The ones we received were on the burnt side. The pizza we received was perfect.Their new staff seems to be trying much harder than the previous regime. This is a very busy location so I have no qualms with the staff. They do need to fix their Pizza Portal it's all too often I see the keypad is broken and you have to hunt down the cashier to hand you your order.

My fiance was waiting outside to get the pizza for 20 minutes. There were 2 names on the portal, and a lady went got her pizza thinking it was working. So you waited 20 minutes, because 20 people ordered, and got pizzas. He made his way to the counter, and ask about the portal the kid told him no it wasn't working. he asked for the name on the order, and he brought the order to my fiance. My fiance suggested to put a note, and he shrugged his shoulders. My fiance asked for a manager. So the Manager came up stated he just found out the portal wasn't working. He suggested to put a sign, so people wouldn't wait outside. "Manager" Michael he said I just found out. He asked for the name, and number. He replied I'm not giving out my number, and pushes out his chest it's Michael see. So my fiance asks if there was another Manager. He stated there are 2 others, so my fiance asks to talk to one of the others he states they're not here. He shouldn't have expected common sense that he wanted Corporate not his personal phone number but okay. He got frustrated and left. He also refused to put a sign up. These kids are making $20 an hour you're getting ripped off. The last 2 Pretzel Crusts were so salty I threw it out after 1 slice. I hoped it would be better, and ordered again. I drank a gallon of water. I guess no one cares in quality of food, or service anymore.

It's great to have delicious pizza at such low prices. However, every time I order wings they always put seven instead of eight pieces. One time I just opened the box while there to check and of course theres only seven. I showed the box to one of the employees and handed me another box sitting behind him. Came home and there was nine...? It was my third time I got seven so I cant help to think that they do this on purpose.

They are so poorly managed. Always say they are behind. For pizza, I'd never eat this. My daughter loves it. Terrible to make people wait over an hr for a dang cheese pizza.
