One of the worst customer service interaction I’ve had from any of the employees in this location. I just started going there and today was the worst experience !!!!! Employee seemed annoyed and not aware of the promotions posted, there was a sign that has a promotion for 4 juice bottles and she was unaware blamed manager for not advising her of the promotions. Not a good morning or a thank you from her or did not even give me my receipt. As a customer service manager myself I know it could be challenging to hire good staff but I would rather have nobody than this employee!!! Such a shame will definitely avoid going back when that employee is there. I did not get her name but she is Asian maybe train her better

I think this might be my new favorite Nektar location. It's a cute spot, plenty of seating to just sit and enjoy. My order was placed on mobile order earlier in the day and was ready when I arrived. The staff were all friendly and attentive... And the Protein bowl was delicious!

When we talk of modern slavery this is it I am disgusted by who ever runs this franchise me and my girlfriend with there for a smoothie and we noticed they only have one girl working there doing everything!! the girl was so nice and sweet and a real hardworking person but shame on whoever put her in that situation never going back to this location

The worker had poor customer service skills and wasn’t friendly at all! She didn’t greet me and when I asked for recommendations, she rushed through it as if she was in a hurry, but I was the only customer in the store. She added a banana to my drink, once she started pouring my drink into the cup, the full piece of banana dropped into my cup, she scooped it out with a spatula because it didn’t blend all the way and threw it in the trash. Next time I’ll be going to Juice It Up.
