Came with my family today. We ordered chicken shrimp carbonara, chicken Alfredo with broccoli and shrimp Alfredo food came out hot and fast along with the fresh hot bread sticks, salad was also great. We also had calamari for appetizer and it was also great. Service from the front door hostess' to our table was great and fast. Atmosphere was pleasing with good, but mellow music playing in the background. Our server Kaylob provided excellent service. He was very attentive and kind.
very bad afternoon with the service and the food. we started without cutlery and a change of waiters all started badly brought all late the margarita without sugar in the glass the waiter brought the food and did not bring the cutlery fast after the meal 3 of the 4 dishes the badly cooked hard pasta and the badly cooked chicken and I also tell the waiter to come the supervisor and when he came I explained and he tells me nothing else we are going to take it off from the charge and no apology and the 4 dishes were bad I really wanted to eat at Olive Garden and when something like this happens, I don't go there again.

Went with my husband today after convincing him we t have dinner there , We got there and the girl seemed annoyed because it was busy but we understood after getting seated they brought us our drinks , the cups were FILTHY AND SMELLED like dirty dish water, I've been to other olive gardens and this has never been an issue , out server was annoyed when we would ask her for whatever we needed ! we ate as fast as we could , and left, it's disappointing to see good customer service doesn't exist anymore at olive garden....

This is a new location, well deserved near Eastvale Ca , close to freeway and lot parking, Olive Garden is always a great italian food …. New big location only thing I noticed is the waiting room is to small i saw lot o people standing waiting for a table inside the restaurant is 2 benches and other 2 benches in the hallway… because the location it’s always waiting so be prepared….outside is 5 handicap parking, plenty of parking … we really enjoy this place

Food was great, except for pasta coming out with very little sauce. Asked for more sauce, get a very little plastic cup that barely makes up for the lack of sauce. Had an issue with the service, after calling Corporate in Orlando, Fl, got a response back and invitation to come back, maybe it was an off night. Will update after my next visit.

I don’t know if servers have too many tables or what but the four times we’ve been there it’s just been below expectation and below the great service we usually receive at surrounding olive gardens..From the order being wrong, to each time the servers not bringing back what they said they would go get or it being impossible To make eye contact with our server to ask for something. We love Olive Garden and we know this one just opened so we keep going back looking for that better experience… but it just hasn’t happened yet.

We Love Olive Garden, but not sure what happened this time. My husband is very observan, so he noticed other people getting a table before us when we were there 1st. Then we sat at a table and waited 20 mins to get our drinks in. We did complained for the wait and then they apologized. But this didn't get better. We still waited for our correct waiter to come greet us. We finally ordered and watched as everyone around us finished eating and started to leave. I felt so ignored, that felt awfu. The waited finally apologized and said it was a misunderstanding with the host. He offered us desserts but what I really wanted was a discount for the service.

This Olive Garden recently opened in Eastvale and didn't disappoint! My family and I had a very enjoyable time there before Costco.

This location is brand spanking new! It was quite busy, however we were seated in less then 10 minutes! Staff was incredibly attentive and made sure our soup and salad was truly endless! Grecia and suzette were our waitresses and they never lew out glasses go empty. Both were extremely kind and never made us feel rushed, amazing staff! We usually go to the riverside Olive Garden but will only be going to this location from now on! It was beautiful and even the food tasted superior to riverside's location!
