Pielogy Pizza appears to be in decline at this location. When I visited, the atmosphere felt lackluster, with a dull ambiance and very few customers, which made the space seem empty and uninviting. One of my main frustrations was the limited selection of pizza toppings available, particularly in comparison to other Pielogy locations I've been to. Those places offered a much more extensive variety of fresh vegetables, a diverse range of meats, and an assortment of flavorful sauces to choose from, which made the experience much more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, this location doesn't seem to match that standard. Based on my experience, it feels like they may be on the verge of closing down. If you're considering indulging in Pielogy Pizza, I highly recommend finding a different location to visit. It’s worth checking out the menu and ambiance in advance to ensure a satisfying meal instead of facing disappointment after ordering.

This place is the best location I've been too. Its always busy but they get through a line quickly. Employees are extremely nice and don't let the line get to them, pizza and calzones are great.

Drink machine has plenty to pick from including a bunch of Powerade flavors. Always leave happy.

For a while I enjoyed their pizza. I even bragged to family how good it was. But, the last few times I've gone, they've burnt the bottom of the pizza.

Even worse, it happened when I took family there. I'm not sure what happened, but the pizza isn't what it used to be.

This is a shame. Pieology used to be one of my favorite places to eat.

Quite literally one of the worst food establishments in Eastvale. I’ve ordered from this location 8+ times on doordash & uber eats and each and every single order was incorrect in more than one capacity. I went in person the other day to hopefully rectify this by watching the order be built myself & it still came out absolutely incorrect. Not to mention the staff all seem completely disinterested & barely speak a word to customers. Needs a big time shift in management & complete rehire of all staff.

I feel so bad for the only employee working when I came in to get my pizza. Nothing against the singular employee, but I had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get my online order.

This place has definitely gone downhill. They have reduced the size of the pizzas and the number of toppings to keep the prices low. The first time we ate here, one pizza was enough for two people if you didn't want to eat too much. But the last time we went, I could have sworn the pizza wasn't enough for one person!

Orders two pizzas and was cauliflower for a gluten intolerant person. They did not give us the correct gluten free crust and he became ill. It’s also $5 more for this. To top it off half of each pizzas topping were on the opposite pizza. Our total was $40plus. I called the store and they took my name and number but never called back. It’s been 3 days. I also contacted them on the app with no reply either. How do you mess up two pizzas so bad?

The poor girl who was working totally alone was very nice but it’s super problematic when her management team doesn’t let them prep ingredients. They were out of chicken, ham, and pineapple just to name a few. We waited over 30 minutes from when we walked in to when we had pizza and then even longer for our cheese bread. I recognize that the fact that they don’t have ingredients is a choice likely of the manager or franchisee but my family will not be coming back to this Pieology. We will drive further for a better experience and I’m certain many others will too if management continues to cut corners and sacrifice the guest experience.

Pizza 10/10 best pizza a lot of options and over all really good.

I ordered a pizza online and arrived at the estimated time. I was then told my pizza was not made yet. I had to wait 30 mins more for it to be ready! I was told online orders are second to customers serviced in the person. The location was very busy, so should have more than 2 people working!

Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese, vegan sausage, vegan meatball and numerous veggie toppings

Dietary restrictions: No dairy or meat
