The cashier at 05:07, 02/20/24 needs to be retrained or shouldnt have a job in customer service. the food was fine but the cashier was rude and gave me a side eye and sighed when i asked for extra time to pull out my debit, then she sat the card reader down when my payment was ready and proceeded to take another customers order while still giving quick side eyes at me. the cashier only took my payment because i exclaimed “so its free because you dont want to take my card”. the other ladies and gentleman are better with dealing with the early morning crowd and if she hates her job so much she should find employment elsewhere

Service was slow everybody was just standing around and talking quality was bad I get more quality in a frozen burrito there was more lettuce than tomato cheese meat and sour cream lettuce should be shredded more not in leaves I wouldn't go there again I would go to a different Taco Bell and see how that is?

I had to leave because I was waiting for nearly 20 minutes and none of the handful of people who were waiting for food before I got there, had ever received it within the 20 minutes I was waiting. I'm not sure what the employees were doing that whole, but yeah ? How is this building still operating with such a mess going on? Go to the Taco Bell that's next to Sprout's instead ?

I'm a truck driver and I had to walk over to the drive thru and they refused to take my order. I can't fit a semi truck thru a driver thru.
Went here and was immediately told to use the kiosk, then after attempting to use the kiosk and not being able to customize the order how I wanted I went back and had to wait to speak to someone as they were just walking around the back, then after ordering, they COMPLETELY messed up our orders, didn't provide us the things we asked for AND then to top it all off, after telling them to fix it AND paying again for something THEY missed, they STILL made it wrong AGAIN, and after complaining about that, guess what, it was STILL wrong, I have never wrote a bad review of Taco Bell cause they have never done this type of stuff but I will never return to this location and would advise everyone to steer clear of this location as well.

The food was great of course! I was told I had to use the Kiosk when I got there. For some reason, their register was not working. After I received my order I noticed there were no napkins inside the bag. So when I got the manager's attention she threw a fake smile at me and asked me what I needed, I told her I needed napkins. She asked one of her employees to get me some napkins before doing something else. The black female employee got it for me and seemed like she was going to throw it on the counter instead of handing it to me. Now, since my ride wasn't here yet I decided to place another order. I didn't realize when my order was ready so the same lady brought it over to me and asked me if needed more napkins like she had an attitude and I just said no.

Went on a Saturday and the guy was so kind and serving. He helped us with kiosk questions, then he brought out our cups, then our condiments, then our food. Such wonderful service and quick too. I wish I got his name. If it helps management it was a young man, black hair, on Saturday 12/9 around 11-12pm.Such a difference we went without the kids cause we had an errand to run. They wanted some too, so hubby took them later near the house, there it took forever, it didn't taste as good and they forgot some items. This location is doing well. I would definitely go back ?

I'm sorry but this place is super slow!! I walked in and ordered my food at the kiosk since the drive thru was extremely long and not moving much! Well, turns out they give priority to the drive thru! They literally helped a dozen cars before they started with mine!!! WTF! It's not like they cook anything, just throw it together! I was the only one inside the restaurant and waited 20 minutes just for a couple tacos!! I walked out and the drive thru was completely empty! Terrible, will never return here!!

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been too.Burrito was burnt. Portions super small. Also when I got my credit card bill noticed they charged me extra for something I didn’t order. Will never go back here.

Usually I come in the morning because I like being able to order lunch items for brunch. The morning staff is always really friendly and is always fast. Food always comes out pretty good too

So disappointing! Not only was my food super cold and gross but I ordered tacos and burrito supreme. They did not have sour cream which is the whole reason why we ordered the taco supreme. I didn't pay extra for the 3 tomatoes in it. The tacos had barely any meat that couldn't even see it till you got to the middle. The whole top of ALL the shells were broken cause there was literally NO food in between. It's just ridiculous! I never eat Taco Bell and only went because my kids were starving and it was on the way home. I will never go back and you shouldn't either!
