Smaller seating area inside, but standard service levels. It is taco bell and cannot go wrong with what you order and get. Staff keeps the premise clean and runs the drive thru late into the night. There is also seating outside giving you an opportunity to enjoy the weather when weather is good.

The staff at the drive-thru are friendly but often need simple orders repeated. The menu has often had items on it that were discontinued or the staff are just saying they no longer have, it's hard to tell, especially if it's a specialty item. The order accuracy is about 70%, which is actually improving. In 2024, it was 50/50 if you were going to get the food you ordered.
I recommend parking in the parking lot and checking your hard shell tacos. They either have the most aggressive baggers on the planet or they finish making them and then punch them. They shells are often shattered and the tacos are more like nachos.
Took a break for a few months from going to this location and decided to give them another try recently. It has been better, but we'll still get the occasionally shattered hard shell or wrong item. I'd say it's improving. With so many options in the same parking lot, it's hard to convince myself to go here.

Love Taco Bell but this Taco Bell always forgets something, always have to check bags to see if they forgot something then having to go back to get what they forgot which is annoying but they get mad or is rude all the time about it and when I call to complain they are rude and say just go to another one, the Norco location is better but they do forget stuff as well when it’s big orders but they are not rude when you complain about it they are very nice about the whole situation

The food here is not edible. My chalupa was sopping wet like somebody dunked it in water and the burrito was suspect. Had to throw everything out including my kids stuff, just to be safe. Buyer beware

They say to pickup order at drive tru but when I got there. They told me to walk in. 3 doordash customers didn't get thier orders that night. Worthless fat batch should've been fired by now.

Today I wasn't happy with my order. 3 spicy potato tacos plain. Looks more like potato crumbs.
I was feeling a cheat day after the gym and thought I'd give this place a chance despite bad reviews. The cashier was polite tho left me sitting there a couple minutes before anyone came. The food was horrible, I've never gotten taco bell that was this dry and gross before. Soft potatoes in the soft potato tacos were literally dry to the point of being crunchy...
I should thank you because your gross food in the trash saved me a bunch of calories😂😂.

I wanted to give the cashier Kevin R a shout out. He was so kind and patient. He wasn’t a typical TB associate. It was my first visit to this location and the portion size of my burrito was standard which is awesome. Usually the worker skimps out but this was not my experience this time. Very happy with this experience!

STOP ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION: EXTREMELY BAD HYGIENE AND SUPER RUDE STAFF INCLUDING THE MANAGER. JUST look at all the reviews! Every time they make mistakes, forget items. Rude staff. Untrained staff. Never had one order correct. Sorry to see a local Taco Bell is getting mismanaged like this. There’s another one less than a mile away on Limonite. Order from there.
