The spicy chicken is really good. The staff is always very polite and nicd. Also had carne asada fries the other day. Ate there for the first time and watched the staff make fresh guacamole in the back that was delicious. Good local spot that also supports the local kids sports teams.

Wouldn't come back if it was free.. The guys making the food were chill, but cross eyed Velma working the cash register needs to check her attitude and do her job correctly. She didn't/couldn't communicate with the other workers to charge me and got mad at me cause she missed an item I ordered. You would think with her blank stare at me ordering my food the whole time with the people working a foot away from her she could comprehend what she should be charging me for when I got down to her station where you pay. Wont be returning with staff like that around and letting everyone else out here know. Too overpriced for cold food and bad attitudes.

I had a backpack and they refused to serve me places really really hot. I really didn’t wanna sit in there anyways it was too hot to bear I do not recommend this place at all

First time at this place. The meat is too salty and dry. Quick service, and it's very hot inside. They need to fix the air conditioning. Honestly, I don't recommend this place.

I've went here about 50 times at least in the past few years. This last time they served me burned meat, after taking a few bites I could smell the burned meat. I went back (the first time I've ever done that to a restaurant) and told them the food was burned and they looked at me like I was crazy even though they were looking at the burned pieces of meat.
They did try to give me a full refund (with a very rude attitude) even though one burrito was eaten by someone and I refused and I only got the refund minus the one burrito. I even asked if they would remake it and they said no and waved me away like go away. They didn't say sorry or anything for wasting my time having to return or for ruining my meal.
Just because of this customer service I will not return. It's not about the money but about the principle of how you treat people.
Also, they seem to be a bit more stingy with the meat than they used to be while raising the prices.
Imagine charging $45 for burned meat and tortillas.
I'm at Pita Street two streets over buying their shwarma fries ... I would recommend them instead

Now I remember why I do not come here in during the day.If you see the older women running the orders she will barely give you any meat. Happens every time and is the reason I only go at night.

Paid for extra rice and was given not even half a scoop, asked for more and the employee was rude and didn't want to give me more. Food isn't worth the hassle of dealing with this type of stuff.
When I had recently moved here I came because my son and I LOVE tacos and we were on the hunt for a new taco spot since we moved 60miles from our usual. Every time we’ve come here they are always so nice and efficient. Ive had their burritos, tacos, and menudo and it has been delicious each time. The food and CR has always been a hit for me, based on my personal experience, yes I recommend this place and their food 10000%

Very disappointed with burritos, I order to go. The burritos were wrapped loosely and sloppy. I believe they do that to make burritos look huge. The meat was not at heat temperature, my cheese did not even melt. Taco Del Rio was a disappointment!!
