Came in placed my order for 4 drinks. Drinks were ready quick. I ordered two of my drinks incorrectly but they were quick to fix my error and kind about it. If I’m in the area I always stop in to ten ren to get my boba fix.

I placed an order on UberEats, and there were 2 bags of my order. However, the UberEats driver only delivered one of the bags and left the other bag in the store. (The store even had a note on the bag indicating there were 2 bags). While I was upset that the driver had made a mistake, I received a call from Sherwin at Ten Ren. He offered to deliver the rest of my order to my house for free, even though it was a 30-minute drive. I was impressed by his willingness to provide this service, especially since he was not at fault and could have easily ignored the mistake. I am highly impressed by this level of customer service, which is usually only available for a fee. It's great that you can experience this 6-Stars service at Ten Ren Tea Time in Eastvale. Let's give a round of applause for Sherwin!

I LOVE this place! I've been coming here probably since 2019?? And I've never had a bad experience. Staff has always been good, and while sometimes it's a bit slow, it's never been so slow that it dampens my experience. I was just here again last night and my waitress was an absolute angel, so nice, and very thoughtful. I ordered the popcorn chicken and rice (my fave) and I always ask for a side of this sauce that they typically serve with the joy pot. When she gave me a to go container for my leftovers she included some of the sauce packed to go since she noticed I had already used most of it and did so without me asking. I felt like this was thoughtful and anticipating my needs before asking which is so appreciated. I have tried the green onion pancakes, popcorn chicken, Taiwanese sausage, braised pork bowl, joy pot and a few of the drinks, and as mentioned earlier, everything always slaps Roasted oolong milk tea is my personal fave, and it's always been the best here compared to other tea shops I've tried. Anyways I love y'all

The popcorn chicken with sweet & sour sauce is always tender and crunchy, the ramen/wonton soup is hot and flavorful, drinks crafted to perfection. My usual rotation of drinks is the Earl Grey MT w/boba, Caramel Milk Icee w/boba & egg pudding, or any of the Lychee products and of course w/boba ;p I'm a regular here every Wednesdays for sure, but with cravings or for a pick me up, it would include the weekends as well lol. The ambience and vibes are always nice and chill (even when it is busy). All of the bobaristas are kind & welcoming. Overall, this will forever be my go to place whenever I'm craving something sweet or savory.

It was like a brick of gummy, soggy noodles.Once the broth was added and the noodles were forced apart, the noodles themselves were so soggy and tasteless it was as though I let it sit in water for a while.The broth itself was lacking in many areas, almost no flavor/seasoning. Just tasted of a mild pork broth.Toppings like the pork and egg were fine.Overall, it was incredibly disappointing. The quality here was something i used to praise.If you are considering getting it to go or delivered, please reconsider.

Food was good and plenty. Drinks here are delicious! But good food doesn't matter when the server giving you the food is so mean and tasteless. Came here yesterday around noon, the waiter with glasses was SO rude and made my experience uncomfortable because I could NOT ask for anything without her making a stank face. Tried to get her attention but she was just on her phone near the food. A shame...
