Tenmaya Japanese Restaurant

We had an amazing experience at Tenmaya Japanese Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious , fresh sashimi, perfectly cooked tempura, and flavorful rolls. The presentation was beautiful and everything tasted authentic. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. Definitely one of the best Japanese restaurants in the area. Highly recommend for both family dinners and special occasions! 🍣✨

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Tenmaya! The service was very friendly, the food came out quickly, and everything was absolutely delicious. We ordered the Philly Roll, Alaska Roll, Fantasy Roll, and salmon belly nigiri, our favorite was definitely the Fantasy Roll! Also got the Japanese cheesecake and it was delicious! The restaurant itself was very clean, and even the dishware was spotless, which can be hard to find. Highly recommend!

Delicious Japanese cuisine in Eastville. Their sushi was very fresh and their hibachi was full of flavor. Their service staff was very knowledgeable & she wasn't sure of an answer to a question and made certain we had correct information. The transparency is key and they're a great place to go eat. They have personal beer towers too.

Very surprising honestly, found this place by chance after playing pickleball with my buddies. Food was great, service fantastic and atmosphere was good too.
Will visit again for sure.

We were so hungry that we forgot to take photos! Very clean and convenient restaurant near the hotel in Eastvale. We wanted to especially thank our server Allyssa (I think that’s how it’s spelled) for her amazing attentive service and not interrupting our prayer before our meal when bringing over our roll. She gently put it down at the empty table next to us and came by later to deliver it. We appreciate how respectful that was and this has not happened at other restaurants.

The food was edible, however this place does not serve real, authentic Japanese cuisine. The flavors of the dishes and the general taste of it isn't even close to Japanese. It tastes as though they are using Chinese flavors in a Japanese restaurant, doesn't make sense. The service was great and the atmosphere was fine. The only thing I'm disappointed about is the lack of authenticity to Japanese cuisine. I had ordered the chicken teriyaki plate, and the chicken wasn't cooked well at all. Not to mention the teriyaki sauce tasted wildly off. The sushi here didn't taste fresh at all either. Is this restaurant cutting corners to skate by?

I’ve been here twice. The food is always delicious. The first time the young lady was a great sever. The second time the server was bad, but the food is so incredible it was a slight inconvenience. 100 percent recommend

First time at Tenmaya and we really enjoyed the food and service. The service was friendly and quick for a Saturday evening. We ordered 4 sushi rolls and I had a hibachi plate of chicken and shrimp. The quality and flavor were great!

Dragon rolls togo. They did a great job on the eel. So soft. Rolls can be little pricey but the quality is there. Worth money

I am a huge connoisseur of sushi, specifically high grade sashimi. I gotta say this place by far is the best place, a true omakase experience. This is not for the newbie sushi eater, this is for those who have developed a palate , must have to experience the finer sushi experience. Fish is flown in straight from Japan, fresh! This place 3x better then sugar fish!

I ordered spicy tuna roll and that’s so bland not spicy at all. When I ask the server about it they just listened and did not compensate at all. Not going there again.

Definitely a hidden gem of a high-end sushi restaurant. You’d think that a restaurant of this caliber would only be found in LA/OC.

I don’t remember the name of my waitress on a Saturday evening, but she’s awesome as her service was attentive and accommodated my pregnant wife in an excellent manner, allowing her to eat food from In-N-Out while I dined(I get it, most places don’t allow outside food understandably, but a man’s gotta eat and keep his wife happy lol).

Started off with the 12 piece chef’s omakase and it was amazing. Very fresh tasting fish ranging from red snapper to golden eye snapper, maguro, hamachi, halibut, shima aji, etc.

Went for a second round of uni, amaebi, otoro, and ikura. Superb as well.

I think I found my new high end place in the IE for when I do not want to make the drive to LA/OC for sushi. The quality here definitely rivals that of the famous spots in LA/OC.
