I was very disappointed. I got a steak plate and had asked for waba sauce and there was none that came with, my drink was completely full to the top of ice so there was barely any actual drink and my rice was hard and not fully cooked, used to love waba but will not be getting again.

Monday Evening 8/25/25 Shrimp taco was not cooked all the way and instead of 3 whole shrimps they cut up what looks like 2 in one taco. Also, I ordered avocado and did not get the avocado. I already complained about the taco and didn’t say anything about the avocado. Don’t like complaining much. Also, the chicken was slim to none. Not sure if they are trying to save money or what but they need to inform on the decrease of ingredients and if they aren’t going to cook the food fully they need to hire new cooks. Won’t be going again.

It's easy to miss this place because even though it's in a shopping plaza, it's off to the side away from all the other stores.
At the same time, I think that's the reason why it was easy for me to find a shaded place to park under a tree right in front of the restaurant.
The restaurant is clean, modern, and simple with huge windows and some word art.
I saw touch screen kiosks at the counter and went to them first, but when my sister asked for a customizable plate that I couldn't find on the screen, I had an employee take our orders instead.
I'm glad there was a vegetarian option, and that we could pick and choose sides and sauces. Even then when I picked up our tray, the cashier had given us a handful of other sauces to try.
We also ordered the dragonfruit mango lemonade which tastes and looks as good as it sounds. If it was a refillable fountain drink, I would've gone back for more.
If all you want is a quick and healthy meal, this is a good place to go.

Greeted when I walked in manager was very helpful. Love the portion of the food they gave me veggie bowl with spicy chicken is my favorite. Love coming here not only because its convenience but because Love the atmosphere. 10/10 always smells clean too
