Walked in and all the machines were down for cleaning. The lady said it would be 30mins. WTH, it’s early in the night way before they are closed, why are the machines being cleaned right now?? Took my family and business elsewhere and walked out.

Came at 8pm when they are open till 11pm. Worker had all the machines pulled out and was cleaning them. She said it would be a 30 minute wait. At least 10 customers walked in and out due to this. I’ve never seen this before and believe that this is part their closing duties but perhaps wanted to get ahead. Either way, super annoying when they are doing this in the middle of working hours. Such a loss of business with everyone walking out.

Walked in with my boyfriend at 10:31pm. The server immediately said "we close in 5 minutes" as a greeting. I told her the google hours mention they close at 11pm. She said "we have holiday hours now." Google hours say the location closes at 11pm. On the front of the building it says holiday hours until 11pm.When we went to build our cup there were 4 flavors shut down already. Additionally, they were cleaning up so when we were ready to pay, we had to wait for a little. Not a ton of time, but it seemed a bit annoying when the hour said 11pm.Overall, the IMPRESSION we got was that they wanted to go home early. I'm not hating, but then adjust the hours posted, or make sure employees keep it open the whole time. I'm happy to adjust this if things are corrected. I just hate showing up to places based on their listed hours and they're already closed.

0 Stars came in at 8:53 pm on 11/18/2023. And it was going to be a 30-40 minute wait because they were cleaning every single machine 2 hours prior to closing. Which makes 0 sense. Why not clean at end of shift instead.

the store was good no problems there but the guy with the curly brown hair hits on my little sister every time we go. super uncomfortable for me and her.the frozen yogurt was good though no complaints, just the creepy guy.

The staff at this location were speaking about us unkindly (we went there as a family) in their native language when we attempted to download the app for the BOGO day. It was a good thing that my kids took language classes in school and they were able to understand what they were saying. One of the family members had the app already, but the staff insisted that only one transaction could be used for one BOGO.That being said, I don't think there were preconditions in the promotional ad indicating that the customers needed the yogurtland app to enjoy the BOGO.If the app is required for discounts, please display the precondition somewhere in large prints so the customer can be informed and be ready.

I typically like this branch, and was even a fan after it seemingly was much cheaper than other stores, but today on Fan Appreciation Day, the staff were extremely uncooperative. When me and my family went to pay, the cashier, Andrea told us we had to have a reward account to get in on the deal. I had known about the event for a while so I told her the account was only for double points. Andrea argued with me and told me I could either download the app or pay full price. We had even read the fine print they had on the flyer at the store but Andrea insisted that she would not give us the deal without an app. She did this to another family behind me as well. We ended up stepping to the side and paying with soupy yogurt instead of the icy yogurt we had wanted.Not cool and not appreciated.
Good choice of flavors and toppings. The only toppings they didn't have that I would have wanted our Heath pieces. Love the healthy options of sorbet.

I came on a sunday evening and it was really busy and packed inside. It was also very messy inside, the topping bar was a mess and the dispensers, the floor, everything was just really messy which didn't bother me personally but it could look bad to most people. but the service was great. the girl who charged me had a really kind attitude despite it being super busy and chaotic. Scheduling more people would for sure be worth it because it is needed

This location is packed! And for a good reason as they always advertise special limited edition flavors for the month. Came in to try their boba flavored and Thai tea flavored ones, and they didn't really resemble the boba drinks well. So I would skip the limited edition ones and go for the usual fruit-based or tart ones so I wouldn't be as disappointed.

My kids and I were craving yogurtland so we decided to go last night around 9pm. - was easy plenty of parking so you don't have to worry about that. Upon entering we were greeted by Yvanna with a smile. All the taster cups are on top of the glass where the toppings are so feel free to help yourself.They have plenty of yogurt options my favorite one is the tart! Now the toppings, so much. My kids love the sprinkles, sour belts, fresh fruit and the face that everything was kept clean. Usually at yogurtland at another location the toppings are messy. At this one everything was nice and well kept. Yvanna helped us at checkout and she was delightful. So friendly and very kind to us. Inside the store was nice and clean! I def will be coming back!
