We just wanted to have a good bowl of ramen, but the noodles were not cooked and the soup wasn’t hot enough. Maybe the business was too slow but they needed pay more attention the food. They have a nice place and hope they can do better.
I had a bowl of ramen and three beers for $21 I cannot express how much I enjoy this place and the ramen is actually really good! Sure the noodles are a bit firm but the broth is what really makes this ramen. BIG fan!
Service was pretty good and fast. Very attentive staff. They have plenty of ramen flavors to choose from, I highly recommend the tonkotsu spicy black. However, the egg was too hard boiled and lacked that jammy egg texture, was a bit disappointed. The pork was sweet and melted in my mouth, I hardly ever eat the meat because I'm not a huge carnivore, but I'm glad I tried it. I wish they had more alcohol options as well, it's hard to find ramen joints that serve more...
